Worst place ever! Under staffed...if you have a complaint don t go to administrative office they don t return calls. Worst care, worst care plan, worst rehab, and don t care about personal belongings or patients needs. Stay away from this place if you want your loved one taken care of in time of need.
Can not say enough about the loving care of each and every staff member. They went way above and beyond to make my cousin s last 3 years some of the best of her life. Activities Dept wonderful.
Bridgeview wing is the only wing that would actually check on my grandmother. I had to move her from the other part. Some of the staff was the best... went out of their way. The others didn't do anything. Let her sit in a mess. And wouldn't brush her teeth! They Didn't know she was unresponsive for a few hours... under staffed for sure.
They said my mom was eating and participating then I get a report she did not eat in a week - No bed alarms - she fell. Heard nurse call three families one day of patient s that fell.
i have been there it is a great place for people to get involved with and they are the most loving people i have ever met it has been wonderful getting to have the opptunity to volunteer there it gave me such an amusement
Worst hospital I have been in. They don't care about their patients.
