This is black hole of non-existent customer service and non-responsiveness. No one ever answers the phone and no way for me to message them through the app.

My doc at Dallas Diagnostic center (BSW) is referring me to a specialist at his same practice but for some reason the referral has to go through this convoluted company. They've been sitting on the referral for 1 week saying they need "authorization". But, my insurance company does not require any pre-authorization to visit a specialist.

So literally, this group took the referral and this is just sitting on it and blocking me from seeing the specialist in a timely manner.

Visited their office in north fort worth and the office charged me over 10x the amount I should have paid for the visit. Selena Garcia, the office manager, is ducking and dodging calls 3 weeks later. My insurance clearly stated I had an $8 copay and $0 deductible.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Joseph Cappel for over 15 years. The care, compassion and quality of their care keeps me there. Dr. Cappel and his associates have always treated me and my family like we are family. I love them!!!

I ve been playing phone tag with these absolutely incompetent billing people for about a week now. This is the worst experience regarding medical billing I have ever had. I paid my balance and they continue to send me statements saying I haven t paid, I am beyond frustrated. I am not being listened to and the supervisors are entirely unavailable. I asked to be called back before the day was over and lo and behold, never received a phone call!!!! I will be switching providers because this is the WORST experience I have EVER had. Do not see these people, they are only in it for the money.

Trying to refer a patient- 5 calls over last 24 hours. Really poor!!

Do not use dr hernandez-zhang Dallas Internal medicine at Scott and White. My first visit, i left knowing more about her than she did about me. She had not reviewed my rewords before the visit and her diagnosis referred to acid reflux although that was not the reason i was was there. Although i told her i could not tolerate statins for high cholesterol, she recommends that i take it or have a heart attack and die. I need a new Doctor!

Terrible billing processing by these guys. Unfortunately, they are the network that a lot of doctors are on, and even though the doctors are great, their billing provider network is atrocious!!! I have wasted so many hours going back and forth with the customer service people and they never seem to fix the issues. They know I'm the patient but they use someone else on my insurance as the patient. The deductible gets totally whacked, and the bills keep coming with so many changes over weeks. After a lot of back and forth, they said they will now fix it and wait for 2 weeks for insurance to reflect. Guess what? They didn't even submit the changes. After 2 weeks when I call back, no apologies - just that "ok we'll submit it now". And they again submit it with the wrong patient information!! God-awful service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
