This is black hole of non-existent customer service and non-responsiveness. No one ever answers the phone and no way for me to message them through the app.
My doc at Dallas Diagnostic center (BSW) is referring me to a specialist at his same practice but for some reason the referral has to go through this convoluted company. They've been sitting on the referral for 1 week saying they need "authorization". But, my insurance company does not require any pre-authorization to visit a specialist.
So literally, this group took the referral and this is just sitting on it and blocking me from seeing the specialist in a timely manner.
