I love this group of physicians. I have worked with several Healthcore doctors professionally on multiple cases. They look for whole person solutions - which is rare in medicine these days. As a counselor, I appreciate the work they do with our shared patients!
I've been a patient of Dr. McKinney for years, the office always manage to get me in or a tele-vist, when I I'm not felling good. I like Dr. McKinney she is compassiate and takes the time to listen to me.
I've never experienced any kind of unprofessionalism or rudeness.
The assistant that showed me the room is always pleasant when interacting with me.
I used to love this practice and Dr. McKinney was wonderful. Then, unfortunately, I had to change doctors because I changed jobs and my new insurance required me to use a network that this practice wasn't in. Fast-forward three years, I have a job with better insurance. I was so looking forward to going back to Dr. McKinney. But when I called to make an appointment, I had to explain why I left and they said they would have to get Dr. McKinney's approval, then call me back. It's been a week. No one has called. I'm going back to Baylor. This is ridiculous.
Very well organized and efficient. I hardly had to wait and they were very carefull and sistematic with their precautions against Covid19.
Dr. McKinney is very kind, thorough and displays compassion and concern. Her staff are efficient and return my calls quickly. I highly recommend her. In rare occasions when I have been sick and she wasn t available I saw other doctors in the practice and would give them high marks, too.
Love Dr. Wang. So knowledgeable and nice! Spend a good amount of time without me feeling rushed.
By design, you can never reach a person when you call, even to
make an appointment. When you do leave a message, they
only answer one question at best. I never got a diagnosis or the results of my tests. Not patient centric at all.
DO NOT GO TO Dr. Khambati. She doesn t listen to your preferences and will over talk you. The front desk lady is rude and she was on YouTube watching how to apply make up while answering calls. She mistakenly scheduled me for an appointment with Dr Khambati so the doctor told me she wouldn t charge me for the unnecessary visit..to my surprise I was billed and my insurance had paid part of my visit. When I asked her to explain why she billed me without meeting my medical needs she quickly sent me a letter that she will not continue being my provider...(I had already decided to find another provider based on How she talked to me like a child .. as if I did not have capability to make decisions on how to manage my medical care). Dr. Khambati if you read this please take time to listen to your patients and respect their wishes and bill ONLY for services rendered.
The front desk RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND A NO NOTHING OFFICE MANAGER WHO NEVER APOLOGIZED AFTER THEIR BENEFITS VERIFIER MADE A MISTAKE BY TELLING ME MY OFFICE VISIT WAS NOT COVERED. I called my benefits was told doctors office did not verify correctly. RUDE receptionist and office manager need a class in de-escalation and common sense customer service.
