This company is a nightmare to work with. Dont get any support or even an answer from my Rep. Then, through no fault of mine I didn't het my direct deposit. Second week with them. No one in payroll will actually answer your calls so most of your time is spent sending enails and if its worthy enough you get a call back. I had to take a lot of time away from my position to try and get it fixed. They tried to Venmo it and I'm sitting her on a weekend and can't get my money. Unprofessional is an understatement. My rep tells me oh, I have no control over that. Well then who does?!

Awful and very unprofessional. I believe my resume was requested and used to solicit a contract with United Healthcare. The Senior Recruiter Maro is the most unprofessional recruiter I ve ever encountered. Please steer far away from this company, it s definitely a fraud. I will be taking further legal action on this company s ethical practices.

This company lacks professionalism. My rep is Brianna, she lacks professionalism and is not aware of the job Assignments that she s placed you at, I missed a day, but I follow the proper chain of command by informing Allison who is my supervisor, Only to receive a phone call from Britney that day asking why did I not show up to work and lied and said that Allison didn t receive the email so I took a screenshot of the email and sent it to Brianna, proving that Allison did receive my email and she responded back . Then Brianna had The nerves to lie and say she didn t say that. I ve learned now that I have to document everything she says and keep every email and text that I receive from Brianna. She s so unprofessional she called me after work hours to try and reprimand me like she s speaking to a child because I called her out on some some changes, that were made at the job, that I wasn t informed about. I m plan on reporting Brianna that s why I document everything.

What job calls you and ask for the last four of your social as your unique identifier before you even have the job or interviewed? Unheard of and sounds like a fraud to me!! I would not trust

This company did not pay me for my final week of work. I returned all equipment, never missed a single day of work, and entered my time correctly for my last week of work, yet I did not get paid. I also had no contact with the staff during my assignment. The only contact I had with this staff is when they gave me a 2 day notice that my permanent job offer had to be retracted because of business blah blah blah

Patrick out of Orlando was great to work with! He is extremely professional and personable. His response with meeting my timely requests was top notch! I would highly recommend him if you are looking for assistance in locating the right position. If the need came up again for a me, I would request Patrick!

Jessica was my recruiter. She is amazing at her job. Jessica contacted me within hours of me posting my resume. She was very professional and put me at ease. She was always available for any questions. I felt confident that I would get the job due to her assistance with prepping me & I did get the job! Thanks so much

Had a scheduled interview the previous day and the recruiter Hero Boque, never called me. I left him a voicemail and emailed him and set up the interview for today at the same time. He never called me and now I'm wondering if this company really exists. I called their corporate number and tried reaching various departments which all went to voicemail. I now questioned the validity of HealthCare support.

I love this agency. I would use them again in the future. I was hired from temporary to permanent and the staff reached out to touch bases with me on a regular basis. No employment is really permanent so again I will use them again if needed . Highly recommend.

So I worked for this agency as a travel CCHT and it was the literal worst experience! I was sent to my assignment with no credentials to be able to work it took a week to get that finally after I got it I was ready to get my first paycheck. They sent me a check missing $800! Finally got that situated and now here it is my last check and they were supposed to send it Friday, waited all weekend, because of course they don't have anyone you can talk to on the weekend. I was just on the phone with payroll manager Ralph, and he completely didn't care was trying to talk over me and basically telling me that it wasn't his problem. I am so disappointed in this professional relationship. Do not work for this agency!
