My mother has been at this facility for a short time but it has done wonders for her! The staff is great. Everyone seems to like their jobs and to care about the residents.
I feel completely safe with my mother being at this facility.

South Health and Rehab is a facility I would trust my family members to. I have worked closely with this staff for almost 2 years and they are very attentive to detail and take wonderful care of their patients.

My mother was located at South Health in a private room for numerous years up until her death a few month ago. The staff was very caring and attentive to both her and our (family) wishes and needs. Over the years, I have made many friends that are almost consisdered family that work at South Health. Administrator and Director of Nurses were available on the weekend if I had any concerns and typically addressed those concerns immediately and would call me back. My mother isn't getting proper care, they won't give me any paper trail requested on her, nor a meeting we requested, she able bodied laying up in a bed. They told me her care plan is to be cleaned off, fed, and administered meds.
I would stay away from this nursing home. My mother had a stroke in this facility and did not receive the timely attention that she needed. She was also injured in that same nursing home Her condition deteriorated after that and she passed away soon after. I could not, in good continence, send anyone to this place.
