These programs include individual counseling sessions with licensed therapists or psychologists on staff at each clinic location as well as group therapy sessions led by trained facilitators who specialize in addiction recovery.

Home Care & Community Support Programs

For those who require assistance with daily living activities due to age or disability-related issues but wish to remain independent within their own homes rather than moving into long-term residential facilities like nursing homes or assisted living communities – Health PEI provides homecare support options such as personal support workers (PSWs) who can assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Additionally, Health PEI offers community support programs such as Meals on Wheels which delivers nutritious meals to seniors or disabled individuals who are unable to prepare their own food.
