Ive been receiving up to 20+ calls a day from an indian call center with spoofed numbers to look local. After FINALLY talking to one of the callers to get to the bottom of the barrage of endless calls I was surprised to see I was transferred to a representative with this company. Upon questioning them why I've been harassed nonstop by telemarketers that refer me to this company he simply hung up on me. Sleazy business practices like this shouldn't be commonplace. I am also on the "Do not call" list and despite that the calls still never end.

I didn't want to take time to speak to your rep at the time because I was busy but I'm glad I did. He was professional but in a friendly manner. He explained each step of the process, advised what the step was & purpose, recapped after each once the step was completed and recapped the completed interaction. He answered questions and my experience was better than I had expected. He told me he liked his job and it is obvious that he does. I have no negative feedback and can't think of any suggestions to improve or add value to my interaction with Tre.

Incompetent is too nice a word to describe what they do. I signed up for car insurance with Health IQ and they put my address wrong on my is id card. Said I lived in another state. Did not receive my policy and messed everything up to make it impossible to sort out.

Horrible company with endless robocalls. I've blocked dozens of telephone numbers and they keep calling every single day. I'll work to make the federal authorities close this company down. I would rate it as zero stars but it won't take the review. If they take this down, I'll post it again.

Starting on 06/30/21 I have received 59 automated calls and 4 voicemail messages from Health IQ ranging from 7:08am - 6:19pm on my cell phone. My cell phone has been registered on the do not call list since September 3rd, 2009. Health IQ calls under a different number, or unknown/blocked number each time, with voicemails under both unknown and changing numbers and locations. I have not requested information or provided my information to Health IQ prior to receiving these calls.

If you are experiencing something similar, be sure to report it to the FCC and your state attorney general s office.

I agreed to switch insurances for what I thought was a better plan. Big mistake. I called back the next day to tell the agent I didn t want it and I continued to call. His supervisor was supposed to call me. The insurance switched and I finally got another agent to speak to me to switch my plan. I am stuck for the whole month on the terrible plan that is costing me a lot of money in prescription costs. I should have did more research. The first agent should have taken my call, but he got what he wanted by my switching. Lesson learned and the agent that finally talked to me was more knowledgeable.

This company is a joke. I applied for a life insurance policy when I found out my first child was being born. Passed the physical with flying colors, financial questions, etc. After the carrier chosen was reviewing the final steps for the policy, my Health IQ agent and my policy manager went rogue. I called them both for 3 weeks with no returned calls, not once. I finally get a letter in the mail from the carrier saying they were to move forward but would not get confirmation from Health IQ and I d have to restart the process.

Not sure if this amazing company just wants to pass on new business or what, but I wouldn t recommend Heath IQ to a soul on this earth. I d definitely go a different route!

I have financed and refinanced several homes over the past 30 years, but I have never had an easier more pleasant experience dealing with a mortgage company.
