At Health in Mind, we understand that seeking help for mental health issues can be daunting. That's why we offer a safe and confidential space where individuals can talk about their concerns without fear of judgment or discrimination. Our team of experienced therapists provides evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and more.
Our services are available for anyone aged 18 years or above who lives or works within the East Sussex area. We cater to people with mild to moderate anxiety disorders such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), Panic Disorder with or without Agoraphobia; Depression; Low Mood; Stress; Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Phobias; Bereavement & Loss; Relationship Issues & Family Problems.
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care regardless of their financial situation. That's why our services are completely free of charge thanks to funding from the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.
Our Rapid Access Courses aim at providing quick relief for those who need immediate support but may not require long-term therapy sessions. These courses include workshops on topics such as managing anxiety, coping with depression, mindfulness meditation techniques etc., which are designed to equip individuals with the tools they need to manage their mental health effectively.
For those who require more in-depth support, we offer 1-to-1 therapy sessions with our experienced therapists. These sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and can be conducted either face-to-face or via telephone or video call.
