You have a rude rep name sue who s very pushy Doctors offices are very busy at this time short staffed and having to deal with COVID on top of all that! Your reps are at home safe although they have a job to do..so it s uncalled for them to be rude we are working hard doing are best! caring for patients while dealing with covid Sue is rude and was on a recorded line talking Very unprofessional and her attitude was horrible!

Hap is THE WORST customer service ever! They tell you services are covered then the next rep tells you it's NOT covered. Their reply is we don't have that person working here..wth!! I've called on three different occasions and requested letters, but never a reply. They transfer you to the wrong department, hang up on you or keep you waiting in the abyss!!

If I were able to give a negative 100 stars I would. Throw your entire life in the trash because they most certainly have! Whoever the CEO is definitely has he pockets lined along whoever else is drinking the wine.
They are the most awful insurance company you could ever pay. The only plus is they have awesome customer service. Their policies make me feel as if I am in a live John Q scene; you must wait for x-rays, scripts to become authorized, to see specialist etc.... Open enrollment where are you!!!!!! DON'T DO IT...I'm trying to warn you! Don't say you weren't told!
