I had a great experience here! Everyone was professional, kind, and compassionate. I had a foot surgery and was treated so well. I was the last patient but they let me stay as long as I needed to... didn't rush me out the door. Would highly recommend!!

We waited 4 hours to be taken back for surgery. They overbook patients and then make you wait. They made me overpay my co-pay by double and 60 days later I still don't have my overpayment money back. I have called them but only get a recording. THIS PLACE IS ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY! GO ELSE'S IF YOU CAN, THEY WILL TREAT YOU BUT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY OVERCHARGE YOU AND GOOD LUCK GETTING THE OVERPAYMENT AMOUNT BACK!!!

Before having surgery here I read the reviews and honestly it made me nervous, for no good reason I should add.

The morning of my surgery was rough, as there was a lot of snow on the roads and I was running slow. I called them and they worked with me. That was the first area they were so understanding on, they said just make it here safely. I got there and was checked in really quickly and treated very kindly. I m nervous about needles so they got another nurse to help with my IV to make sure I only had to be stuck once.

My surgery was an adult tonsillectomy and it went a little rough as I had some bleeding issues after. I needed to go back into the operating room and have more things done to stop the bleeding. While this was scary, never did I feel like I was in a bad place. I felt calm and taken care of. They worked quickly to make sure my bleeding was under control and that I was safe. Coming out of the anesthesia was very smooth both times. Usually I have a difficult time with the wake up, but not here.

While this was my toughest surgery pain wise and also complications wise, it was my best in terms of the team caring for me. I m so glad I chose mountain west surgical and wouldn t hesitate to come back for future surgeries.

Billing was terrible. They made me pre-pay for services even with insurance. I was sent a bill 2 months after my procedures asking for more money, even though they had previously billed me knowing my insurance information. Save yourself some time and money and find somewhere else.

My daughter had her tonsillectomy done here by Dr. Skedros. From the second we walked in the door everyone was great. The receptionist was sweet, the intake nurse was fun, the anesthesiologist was comforting, Dr. Skedros was funny, the operating room nurse was kind and the recovery nurse was awesome. To say the least this we had a great experience here.

This place is the worst if I could give it negative 5 stars I would. I have never been so mistreated by nurse's in my life!!!! I have a surgical steel diathe piercings for my migraines. They told me it had to come out, they didn't give me the option to sign a waiver or talk to my Dr. I must make it clear that my earing was SURGICAL STEEL and would not cause me to get ELECTROCUTED. The nurse's at this facility need to do their research and be more sympathetic to patient's and not stress them out before they are to have surgery. I should have been given the option to sign a waiver or talk to my Dr.
