Really bad customer service! Kept on sending me bills and refusing to contact my health insurance, and even after my plan had paid them kept on sending different bills and refusing to provide me copy of the charges or written explanation in order for me to question my plan. Ended up paying the balance even not agreeing to it, just to get over with it. Said some business make money like this! Time and energy consuming...
Very low payment, no recognition to employees, no chance to grow in company, raises are a couple of cents
Payment was easily accomplished by phone with a credit card. I would much rather have paid it online without having to speak with anyone and wait until they get all my information, credit card, birthdate etc. They need to modernize and do online payments.
the call in center has no clue what they are doing or how they charged the account or why.
