Do not take your loved ones to this hospital! They do not care about their patients! Patients health declines rapidly! They allow their patients to die with out even trying to save them.
They lose patients belongings , especially cell phones! Horrible Hospital, Horrible Staff!
I recently had my baby at this hospital and we had the most amazing service. The nurses are absolute blessings! They made me and my husband feel so comfortable and made the whole process less painful. They were so helpful and now we have our beautiful baby! Thank you so much to the staff there!
Thank you guys. Thank you very much. The student practitioners were awesome. Even though they messed up my arm (not their fault), they were great. I really didn t mind it. And I freaken HATE needles. The nurses were all awesome. The one student paramedic (Justin) was a real great dude. And Dr. Abraham motoko (please forgive me if i messed it up) was so happy that i was better. Never had a Doctor like that. I definitely recommend this hospital. Thank you guys so much.
Any and all staff I dealt with in the surgery department were amazing. They were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I m very grateful for all of them.
On Friday 15, 2021 arrived with severe migraine headache, very happy that was taken in quick after waiting for 2 patients ahead of me. The lovely Dr. Irene Gonzales was extremely professional and very kind. She said she,was going to give me intravenous medication for my severe migraine and also a CT scan. All the staff very professional and very nice. My only setback was a young assistant or helper that was being trained to put my iv she was nervous and was very sweet, however, I, strongly believe that trainees should be trained in a slower pace area, I was in pain and wanted the meds as soon as possible this young lady was very stressed and I kepted my pain under control not to upset her. Please consider patients that's why we go to EMERGENCY we need quick response. I left 3 hour's later but almost free of pain and the CT scan with good news results.
My aunt was there for the last 3 days, Horrible! She waited in ER for over 24 hrs for a room. However on discharge she was sent downstairs before family could arrive. She is 73 yes old, with a bad heart. She has staples on her chest from surgery and they would not remove them because she has an appointment with her cardiologist at 1pm. MD saw her at 840am by 910am she was waiting in lobby to be picked up. I am shocked at the MD's, nurses and Hospital Administration at the TOTAL lack of compassion and care. Wish I could give this Hospital ZERO stars.
I was there last night. This place is a joke . iam pregnant with a heart concern . I didn t get a temperature check didn t get a weight checking. The physician there literally had to look up the medication he was giving me to find out if it was safe during pregnancy . Pretty much gave me a Band-Aid and kick me out the door. Don t come here all you will do si waste your time 4 hours and the staff is incompetent. Results were sent to a different hospital.
Interesting how many of the 1 star reviews continue to be removed like MAGIC!!! I was just hung up on by someone from the administrative dept. after they were caught in a lie. I am glad I have documented all the evidence I need. Avoid this hospital at all costs...
Great hospital!!! The emergency room it s not the best talking about costumer service. And also the old lady at the front (main entrance)she is always rude .
The manager from the cafeteria he is just the best I was there in a middle of the meeting and hear him saying the importance of good costumer service ! Great job Sr
And a run of applause to ALL the Nurses from labor and Delivery And of Course NICU, Yolie , Monica , Alyssa and every single Nurse my baby Had, also the Speech Therapist ALL of them are so capable and Professional . Thank you for your Job ! Totally a great Hospital
Thank you Del Sol for taking good care of my father. Your nurses have shown such kindness and compassion during his stay, especially Claudia, Priscilla, Savannah and Nancy and all their medical assistants have been wonderful.
