Always loved this place , never gets old, amazing escapism and unmatchable views
This is a great place to visit, brings out the imagination in big and small, lovely scenery well marked out good boots trainers required.
Great walk very well set out.
What a lovely find! We were looking for a walk somewhere different on a nice cold winter s day and found the perfect place. The trails are very well marked from start to finish with plenty of fun spots along the way. We even caught the Santa Grotto in the caves so this is 100% getting another visit prior to Christmas in 2021 to make sure we see the big man himself before Christmas Day.
The walk is about 2.5 hours going the longest route with a 4yo so good stretch of the legs amongst some great caves and scenery. Bring a torch for the caves, a picnic and enjoy. Awesome.
Lots to look at, great views, some interesting tunnels to walk through and lots of steps! Picnic benches dotted about and toilets available both ends of the trails. Cafe currently closed due to Covid restrictions but still doing take away coffees etc. Kept our teen and tween engaged for a good few hours :-)
What a beautiful outdoor space, we took our 3 year old. He loved the caves and the bridges. its a lovely walk with natural activities. The Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Definitely going back soon! Even great in the rain.
Beautiful place. Not suitable for very small children but my 5 yr old loved it. A great work out with beautiful scenery. Can't wait to return
Really cool place. Interesting features, nice walks, good views. Good for mobile kids that can walk and like an adventure
Incredible historic follies kept in brilliant condition - Trails for all levels of fitness, just ensure you bring some walking boots! From the Swiss bridge to caves and monument, there's plenty to enjoy along a few hours hiking around the park. Would recommend thoroughly for a grand day out!
Lovely morning walking around Hawkstone Park Follies. Lots of families enjoying the pathways through woodland with beautiful views and exciting caves to visit along the way. Lovely areas to enjoy a picnic or you can get drinks and ice creams at the little shop...to be enjoyed outside at the tables.
Well worth a visit, well signposted trails of varying difficulty.
Definitely trainers or walking boot terrain. Enjoy
