Awesome teachers. I feel Hawkeye is often underrated but they always seem to have improved over the years. The schedule of classes are so much better than years ago, more online and tues/thurs classes allowed for students to work more on the side. I appreciate the experience here.
Terrible tour, didnt get to see the classroom or talk to the teacher. A student gave us the tour. Classy place.
I dont complain very much, but it was a 3 hour trip that could have been accomplished by a Zoom call.

This might Change later, but for now this school is too similar to highschool , just with more amenities.

My experience here has been very challenging(in a good way) and professors are very understanding ( depending on the class). Great place to start before a four year university to get Gen Ed s and help with college level learning. Even for a semester.
Receptionist wasn't very friendly but everyone else was awesome.
Always a good experience at the dental hygienist school. We are treated well, they are practicing all safety measures to deal with Covid 19. Our care is outstanding, with students doing an excellent job explaining what they are doing and completing the exam, cleanings, and x-rays as needed
I was charged 600 dollars because they weren't able to post the required material for for a class, until the day before the class was suppose to start. When talking to them on the phone, it was like I was talking to a incoherent baboon, one second they say I'm talking to the wrong office. Asked to get transferred to the right office, then hear them say this is the right office. If you have a stereotype of an illiterate Iowans, then this place fits it like a glove. Don't waste your time, go to a real community college, not some redheaded step child who's parents are inbred framers. Can't emphasis how bad the administration is.
