The menu and service were beyond our expectations. We absolutely loved the atmosphere of this spot. Awesome spot to take the family out for lunch.

This was my first time visiting with my friend who is interested to played blackjack & also playing poker love to challenges so is great place for you &your good friends to spending time with &also this casino's got very delicious mini nationality Gourmet Foods you guys can also Enjoyed .I pretty much have a great day at meeting which we already got plans for few minutes ago at this casino's ballroom hoping you guy's can do the same have a fantastic time with your family and & friends!!!

Came here to play poker $2,4 limit. Very fun. $100 lasted me 6 hours. Last hand i lost due to the river!!

Love this place! They're only a small drive away from where I live right off the 605 freeway and they're open 24/7. They have a variety of card games for you to choose from which I enjoy. Their bar is open late and the food is awesome, whether you're hungry for a steak or feeling some pho while you play a card game or two. They also have flat screens everywhere so you won't miss any games such as the playoffs. Two thumbs up!

Do not go to this poker room ive been playing poker for 25 years and had the worst experience at his place they charge you for a box is you dont finish your food take an hour to get a bite to eat people dont care about anything all they do is talk to themselves and no one is personable,no one smiles they charge you to Valet your car with out the option to self park its so cold in there its unbearable if you like to get raped by a casino then this is the place for you
go to Vegas where they value your business because this place do not Management if you read this just know i express my concerns to three people and no one cared i just gave them my players card and told them to cut it up i will never go there again until there is new management.

This place is a joke, Just saw them throw a man out for looking at his camera!!! What is worse, I believe the man may have been slightly autistic. No one, and I repeat, no one, should come here.

Great food and $5 dessert & appetizer menu, but please bring back the fried ice cream!! Best fried Ice Cream in the area... :(

This place is really the only casino in Orange County and they actually did a very nice job with the place. You can t smoke which makes it kinda nice your not Inhailing smoke all night and they are open 24/7 which is also nice. Fairly big in size for Orange County and would recommend if you ve never been to at least give it a try before you knock it. I ve won a lot of money cuz of coming to this place!!! Good luck!!!!

Beautiful new building is a big improvement from the previous tents. However, the service didn't keep pace with the physical improvements. There are lots of new, inexperienced dealers who don't always know where to push the pot and are slow. Cocktail and food servers are scarce. However, there's lots of action .

Food is Great. The drinks could be less watery. But the staff for the majority are awesome. Win Big!

Nice casino. Black Jack costs a $1 per hand. A bit pricey for me.

The Gardens Casino in Hawaiian Gardens California has been completely redone. The Gardens was already a very popular casino in it's original tent construct but that is now gone and replaced with a very attractive new building (the project is still under construction as of this writing.. Sep. 2016).

The main facade off the parking lot is stately but lacks a big PUNCH. I would recommend they add some signage similar to what is done on the side and rear of the building (that signage is very nice but is viewed by traffic and employees (rear of building is for employees only I was told).

The current sidewalk that leads from the parking area is extremely narrow and doesn't have any visual appeal. Speaking of visual appeal once you enter the casino the lobby, it has a very nice fountain with a beautiful sculpture of golden dolphins and then directly behind the sculpture is a bar restaurant setting (a favorite area with customers). Overall the visual appeal is a bit dated but still a great improvement that makes for a nice experience. I have overheard some players saying they now consider HG to be the nicest LA casino. (Not yet for me but they are approaching that).

The management is doing a much better job recently (my take). I had considered the old management style to be a page out of the old west. I think the upgrade is helping to bring about a better image and efforts to make the casino experience much more enjoyable for those that are not packing (a bit of humor).

The action is always playing out in the two large rooms that make up live poker. You can get round the clock action here. The casino also accommodates the high roller with a private section set aside for that experience.

Finally the casino has plenty of room for daily tournaments. The sectioned tournament area is large; large enough to accommodate most events and it appears that it could easily expand into the live play area that is adjacent if it is necessary. Good design on that.

The events offered keep getting better and better. Action is the issue and Los Angeles casinos, HG included, are creating a lot of ACTION; increasing the money that can be won IS smart. The current tournament is a great example of this! I am referring to "The Gardens Poker Classic" which is drawing a lot of players from far afield (I met Chris Moneymaker yesterday on the break as I played in this tournament). The Classic has a guaranteed $3,000,000 prize pool... first place prize is at least $500,000 and a beautiful new Mercedes. Very low buy in and daily satellites make this doable for most players. A professional player told me that he played in a few of the qualifiers, winning some money but more importantly improving his starting chip count for the final (smart strategy, wouldn't you agree). This way yoou can also make some money as the tournament structure pays out at 10 percent of players and qualifies 6 percent to move forward towards grand final. This very popular tournament is being played out at four LA casinos; the final days play is scheduled in December at the famous Commerce Casino.

The casino is racist toward black women, mostly toward hispanic and blacks! Lots of ugly asians working there! Lots of sad, old tired faces!! A lot of them fugitives! 2 token coons, and 2 whites! If your not asian and go there! They will call security to follow you around and stare at you! They are racist! And assume anyone who isn't asian/ is there to rob or up to no good!! If your normal! And want to be around normal peole/ don't go there! Don't go there and gamble! They will treat you like a weirdo:! You will be treated differently from everyone else! My female friend went with me/ and they told her...that if she plays two hands/ anyone could play her second seat too and make the betting decision! Very evil people! These people Rig the games! And are terrorists! The FBI needs to investigate! Mostly drug money! A lot of opium users there!

Enjoyed losing my cash at the poker tables. No slots though. That's why Gardens Casino gets only 3 stars

I'm in the parking lot writing this. Do not waste your time. This is a dealers casino. I've been to 4 different tables and lost everything I bet. I know the games and how to bet/play and won not a dime. Go That extra mile or so and go to a casino that will do you right. Point blank.

This casino is decent-sized and it offers regular poker with a pot (players compete against each other) and various other games (blackjack, baccarat, 3-card poker, UTH poker, pai gow poker, and tiles) in which players play against the house. There are food and cocktail services plus a nice bar (food is actually free in the VIP area only). They have a DJ every Friday from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. who turns the bar into a club and plays jams from the 70s through the 90s and a lot of Spanish-language music. You can win drawings as a frequent player and the prizes range from $500 to $3500. If you win any of their jackpots, they can provide you with a security escort to your car. The only problem is that a few dealers can seem clueless when it comes to reading and comparing hands, but some other dealers are excellent at their jobs. Good luck!

Enjoy it a lot since they've revamped the place. Very nice, but still cozy enough to not feel overwhelmed (from a person who doesn't care for super noisy, confusing places lol) p.s. the filet mignon in their restaurant is always cooked perfectly! Yum:-P

I always lose here but it's not their fault. Nice employees and nice facility. I don't like the fact that they charge for a water or soda especially because I of all the money I lose but I suppose they need it more than I do.

The house def has the advantage with their 6 deck shuffle machines

If you enjoy gambling then the Gardens Casino should be on your list. Lots of action on the tables and always good food. Sign up for a rewards card (free) and earn credits towards food purchases. Credits are awarded for every hour of logged play. The amount of credits awarded depends on the stakes of the game, the higher the stakes the higher the reward. Rewards accumulate so you can "save" up and get the filet mignon and lobster for free. This casino has recently finished being totally renovated and is one of the best looking casino's in southern California.

It was my first time there since it was redone but I didn't stay, just kinda walked through. The place itself was nice.. clean...spacey but the crowd was a bit too serious for me at that time.

Great place to gamble and have a drink. They've really upgraded the place and got rid of the bad crowd. Ace Bao Nguyen helped us out and gave us 5 star treatment. I lost but the wife won. We had fun. Be sure to try their food. It's delicious.

Very large cardroom, tons of games and limits...only real draw back is the parking situation....I did not check to see how much valet was, but the self park lit is very large and a good walk from car to the casino,

Fun card casino, great dealers. Watch the drink ladies though they like to assume the change from your drink orders is theirs. I like to decide what there tip is, not them.
