Tony has been incredibly warm and welcoming. He made the apartment process so much more manageable and explained all paperwork to me so I knew what I was signing. As a young adult, I really appreciated this! Moving in to my new place, he has been RIGHT on every issue that I ve told him about. He hasn t been stingy about replacing things, but has replaced what needs to be replaced and repaired what has needed to be repaired right away. He is always very kind in our communications and has gone out of his way to be helpful. It is important to him that I feel comfortable in his unit, and I appreciate that. He is a great property manager and a great person and I d recommend working with him and with this group. His secretary was also extremely nice.

Margret was great showing the apartment and worked with me and the owner to address my specific needs. She is very knowledgeable and very professional!

Avoid Margaret! She is extremely rude and flaky. She was late for my showing, hard to reach for questions, and overall really difficult to talk to. From the moment you are in contact with her, she starts to judge you based on your salary and makes you uncomfortable with her comments. She never replies to voice mail, her text message are ambiguous and hard to understand, and she isn't very knowledgeable about the units she shows. I would choose any realtor in Hawaii but her.
