Have bought a rocking chair (Metal Glider), which broke shortly after the purchase. I had to contact the company because I did not get the furniture back into the package.
Ms. Sabine Heinz was extremely unfriendly, pretending to be stupid, and then got her voice on her phone to justify me in front of her colleagues. I wanted to speak to her supervisor who, according to her testimony, was on vacation. In the end, the rest of the communication went through the middleman. I do not buy anything there anymore. What annoys me most is that it was shortly after birth and the trouble of having to dismantle and send back such a big piece of furniture is reason enough to stop buying anything. But being treated like this by a family business like Hauck was really bad!

The saleswoman was very nice and hard-working, but she was alone responsible for a total of 6 customers and unfortunately could not take much time! Here you would urgently need to increase staff! The Monday shortly after opening, one expects more time for consultation.

Since it is our first child, we needed some advice and help, the lady named Heike, a new colleague as she informed us, was able to help us super, gave us great advice, we had a very great consultation, and she has the time Taken for us. Despite the sometimes very bad reviews, we drove too fast today and were pleasantly surprised by two very nice shop assistants and a huge selection, of course, so we were completely satisfied and can recommend the factory outlet in any case.

Large selection, great prices, very good advice.
Our buggy was broken, could no longer be folded up. I went to the factory outlet and asked for a repair option. The buggy was brought to service immediately and repaired. I was able to take it back after 10 minutes.
In the meantime, I used the time and browsed the factory outlet. Many beautiful products from the area of baby equipment are on display and can be taken away immediately. Prices are great.

We have the highchair Alpha Plus with bouncer attachment. Super quality and absolutely recommended! Our child loves to sit with us at the dining table since birth. Unfortunately, unfortunately we washed the removable back plate with it. Thank you very much for the very good and cheap service!

A wheel bearing on our jogger was broken, immediate delivery of a free spare part (without having to present an invoice or a warranty certificate), very nice communication and even illustrated assembly instructions. Just great! Thank you very much

Were not satisfied with our stroller, which is why I got connected to the factory outlet. On the phone, I was expressly assured that a refund of the purchase price would be possible without problems if our idea was not met. We were there today. We were immediately told that this was not possible. We couldn't remember the phone call, but strangely enough that we bought the car directly from the factory and what the problem was with our first car. A woman came and discussed with me. There was no excuse, because words were always put in your mouth. The wheels were exchanged, but the mistake was still there, which of course she didn't want to see. I asked the boss, who "wasn't there". When the lady wanted to go back to her office and I said whether customer satisfaction was not worth it, she made a call on the phone (apparently with someone who has something to say). After a long wait, a man came along and asked about the bug in the stroller. I was never let finish. I was then told "they will get the purchase price back, but please never let them see you again". After the two were gone, the saleswoman started. "Where we come from". "Whether from over there or over there." I explained to her that the wall fell 27 years ago and there is no such thing. For them already. The stroller could have been washed again, after all, "I have a girlfriend for that." Other borderline things have been said that I will not go into further. The lady could not count 480 + 170, which should be assumed in sales.

Customer satisfaction is not really a top priority at Hauck.

I went there because of. a sit 'n relax high chair. They had 3 high chairs there for 135 each. I don't want to say anything wrong, but I think they were second choice. You can get it cheaper on the internet! Then there was a high chair without a baby bed for 70. For me these are not outlet prices. The way was in vain!

Today we were able to exchange a Mobil eco car with small defects in the factory sales, which we had bought from an online provider.
The service staff were all very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately the lock on our Hauck buggy broke the customer service was very cooperative and courteous after a few short e-mails and only three days of processing time, the right spare part by mail went to the entire team of customer service and the staff / inside of the warehouse which picked out the right part.

Have half of the initial equipment geshoppt! Advice was very good! Despite the fact that the saleswoman was alone! The bottom line is that we have easily saved 30% on the cheap online retailers! Can only recommend this! Lots of choice, you can try everything u much more than 20% cheaper than in the trade

Have used the stroller set Maxan 4 Trio Set for almost a month and due to a lack of the tire part, we can not safely transport our baby with the stroller. We found the defect for the first time on October 26, 2017 and immediately reported it to the dealer. We were told we would be sent a replacement. Today we write the 09.11.2017 and our replacement delivery has still not arrived. Despite multiple emails and a description of the situation, that we cannot transport our baby safely, we were constantly given excuses. On November 6th, 2017 we emailed with Hauck and we were told that the delivery would leave the house on November 6th, 2017 and that the delivery would be 1 + 2 days. On November 9th, 2017 we asked again where our delivery is now. We were referred to the carrier. This tells us that you only received the shipping data from the sender, but not the package. Strangely, about 3 hours after we sent the last email to the Hauck service department, regarding the fact that the carrier did not pick up the goods, the package suddenly reached the DPD depot. Certainly a delivered product can have a defect. This is not a problem. As an adult, a product that is intended for adults can certainly also wait 4 weeks for a shipment if it is necessary and there is no other way. But with babies, no excuses count and there are no compromises. Despite multiple emails and a description of the situation, that we cannot transport our baby safely, we were constantly given excuses. 2 weeks delivery time is far too long. Even a week is too much. It's about the well-being and safety of our baby. I just say badly.

We wanted to go to the factory outlet today on September 15th and have covered a distance of almost 150km with our baby.
When we finally arrived at 3 p.m. we found that the factory outlet was already closed at 12 p.m. There was only a small note on the door.
So far we were very enthusiastic about Hauck but that's really bad.
