This is the second time in my life that I've done business with Hatch Toyota in Showlow AZ. The people that work in this facility have always been good to me, working with my needs and expectations as a customer. Today Isaac Brown and Kristopher Kobold were the ones that helped me, and let me tell you they were both so awesome. My 06 Toyota broke down on me outside of town. They let me have it towed to their auto mall, and I decided I needed a new car and they delivered. Their services was quick and professional. I'd recommend this auto mall to anybody looking for a new vehicle. And I will most certainly be giving them my business again if the time ever occurs. Thank you so much you guys!

I absolutely love the service and.experience I have had dealing with hatch Toyota. This car dealer has excellent customer service as well as a service department that goes above and beyond what us asked of them. I personally have dealt with Eric a service advisor in the service department. He always treats me with respect and helps on every way possible. He is very courteous and hard working. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially if in need of service. Ask for Eric he will take care of you and handle any car problems you may have.

Was traveling to Colorado Springs Co from Phoenix Az, check engine light came on, its Saturday and all mechanic shops in payson closed called nearest Toyota dealer in show low got there at 3p same day, Eric got me in fixed the problem as best he could that day to get me back on the road. My mother took her car to the Hatch Toyota service department for a rough idle. Her car has less than 35,000 miles on it but is not covered under warranty because it is a 2009. They told her she needed new motor mounts and a water pump which cost her approximately $1000. After she got the car back it still had a rough idle. She brought it to me and I cleaned the throttle body for $6 and 1.5 hours of work. It now runs exactly as it should. I feel that Hatch Toyota took advantage of her and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future.

This is a top-flight dealership with a great staff. From the Sales Department, to Service, and Parts. Very professional and dedicated to customer service....

Excellent sale service, horrible workers, rude guy trying to get my touch screen radio replace, told him to order it but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing, gonna do it myself. Check for an appointment for the 5000 miles, have to wait a whole week. Now I'm just gonna pay for it out of pocket because I'm not gonna drive around with my light. Wait a whole week just to get my tires rotated because they say the old change is every 10,000 miles. I regret buying from them. They sale a lot of toyotas but cant keep up with the services.

After moving to Arizona and totalling out my Corolla, we followed the signs to Hatch where Maria got us into a new 2020 Tundra. She was super helpful during and even after the sale when we went back to get the level kit and bedliner installed. I'm happy we went to Hatch!

Logan Brewer was awesome. Got us into the perfect truck for our needs. He knew what he was talking about and made it a seamless buying process.

They didn't seem to know what "CTM" was when I went in to have my 03 dodge durango CTM reprogrammed. Quoted me $115 on the phone, but $194 in person. Despite having an appointment, I was told I'd have to leave the vehicle there for a couple hours, and they "most likely" would get it done before close. Too many red flags for me. I knew if I left my vehicle with them, then the $194 quote would quickly morph into $3-400 when I came to pick it up. Unless they weren't able to reprogram it, in which case they told me that they would still have to charge me $130 for the rack time. My first and last experience at this dealership. In case nobody knew, ACE hardware in show low can program key fobs, and they were able to do this one for me for about $40 and 30 seconds of time. And they don't charge you if they are not able to program it. They also programmed the key fob to my Hyundai that every locksmith on the mountain told me I'd need to go to a Hyundai dealer down in the valley to get done.

Family owned and treat people like people. Third vehicle from them. Each time I save money without having to go to the valley.

They put vehicles on their website when they aren't really "for sale" even without having the safety inspection! My fiance and I went to test drive a van that was posted on the website. They mentioned it hadn't had the safety inspection yet but still let us test drive it. We noticed the ABS light was on during the test drive. They took it off their website while we were in the process of getting approved for it. After two days of trying to get approved for the purchase, them trying to decide if they were even going to fix it or what, it's back on their website. Our experience was bad because they said one thing but did another. I lost trust completely!

Hatch brother's obviously believe they cornered the market here in white mountains! I'll buy my future vehicles down in the valley... better prices in the valley!

If you take your car or truck here for an oil change BE WARNED if they mess with your tire pressure. I just had an oil change done there and the rep said they adjusted our tire pressure. Days after getting it my wife told me the TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) indicator came on on the dash board. So I went to go check the tire pressure and every single tire had DIFFERENT pressure. I m not talking a small difference the highest of them was 52! And the rest were 44, 36 and 28. Shouldn t the techs know on the inside of the driver door Toyota suggests 30.

I had a friend go in to see about trading in their car a couple of weeks ago. My friend decided not to go through with it until they looked at all their options. You re suppose to have product specialists who wont try to pressure you or give you the bump and hustle. That is a complete LIE! Michelle Lugo has non stop called my friend to the point where my friend blocked her number, she has since called from other numbers. Michelle even called their work which is on a recorded line to try and badger my friend in to getting a car. It s not right. Update I had a family member get a car from Michelle and how she got my family to get the car was by nonstop visiting their work and calling them. Then there was some shady stuff that happened with the car they bought as well.

The dealership was top notch. Best truck buying experience I ve ever had. Timely efficient and very reasonable with the deal!! My salesman Randy Stockett was awesome made the whole experience painless. Thx again Randy. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle go to Hatch Toyota and see Randy S.

I hate going to the dealership for service. This was a pleasure. First time in 20+ years I have been treated fairly by a dealer servicing my car. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in 3 hours and for a reasonable price and did not recommend any expensive or unnecessary services. I even got a shuttle to and from work. If I didn't live in Phoenix I would do all my repair work here.

I have spent a great amount of money at Lawley/Hatch Toyota Dodge Ram for a number of years.4 trucks and a car. Their staff is incompetent from sales to service. Four times I have had my ram serviced and I had to show them where the fuel filters were located. On the same Ram, at each oil change there is supposed to be a u joint in the front suspension needed greased not once has it been done in spite of the requirement being posted under the hood of my 2018 Ram. I have had all push rods bent and replaced in my 6.7 Cummings, a cracked exhaust manifold and the list goes on.
On my 2019 Renegade, the tires scraped the struts.

Michael Pearce made my search for a gently used vehicle pleasant. Allowed me time to research and ask questions that he either knew the answer or found someone who did. Personally overseeing my detailing and had everything ready to go.

Hatch is a great dealership! I purchased a Tundra at the dealership that was described accurately and very well. I flew across the country for the truck and drove it home, nearly 2,000 miles. The transaction went smooth and was quick. I would purchase a vehicle from Hatch again!

buyer beware! They ll sell you a vehicle then purposefully never file any of the paperwork for you to get it registered or issue your license plate! Then after you ve played phone tag with the notary and financial agencies who tell you that its illegal to drive, you have to wait months to get it fixed. And if you call corporate to complain they ll lie about it and then conveniently remember they owe you the money that you paid to get the registration and license plate filed!

Stopped in to get some scheduled maintenance on my 2020 Camry and left with some free giftst thanks to Swade Roberts. This guy is AWESOME!

I was having trouble getting through to make a service appointment so I messaged Hatch Toyota through Facebook and received a fast response from Richard Garcia who facilitated a phone call from the service department and my appointment was scheduled! Couldn t get the deal I wanted from the Toyota dealer in Prescott where I live, so I called Hatch and got zero run around and a great deal on a new Tacoma. Tyler and Seth are professional and honest and delivered the Tacoma to our doorstep in Prescott. Easy deal and no hassle. I ll buy from them again.

Once again Hatch Toyota has nailed their customer service!! This was our first time renting a vehicle from them. I called in a panic the DAY before our family vacation and right after a local rental company called me to tell me they would not be getting the rental I had reserved almost 2 months prior! Michelle Lugo dropped everything to help us find a vehicle that would work for us. She definitely took a VERY stressful situation and made it an easy and comfortable one. The way it should be!! There's enough stress planning a vacation with a bunch of kids, traveling to another state, you shouldn't have to worry about this particular detail. I will NEVER leave it to chance again. Gets you excited then tells you they need for me the amount they stated down. Horrible customer service and the sales agents are rude and ignore their customers. Also way overpriced. We drove to Mesa, saved 11k versus what their prices were and got a nicer vehicle with all the options. I would never buy on this hill again. Too bad you can't give negative stars!

Cherri & I have been shopping for a replacement for our 2010 RAV4 for a couple months now. Today we went to Hatch Toyota in Show Low and left with a 2019 RAV4. We almost bought from them a couple months ago, but wanted to do all our research.

I came here back in February 2020 expecting to get the car that I wanted, unfortunately I didn t. They sent me home in a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla SE in Black Sand Pearl (which was all standard) to get my foot in the door until I was able to get the car that I wanted. I didn t even put 5,000 miles on it yet. Honestly I loved that Corolla but wanted more in one.

Over a year later (March 2021) Hatch Toyota sent me a personal letter stating they d like to buy back my 2020 Toyota Corolla to have for their used inventory and offered me a list of better, brand new vehicles instead. With the paperwork attached and discounts applied. Same day I got that letter I showed up to Hatch Toyota and drove home in the car I wanted. The Toyota Corolla XSE Premium, it s a gorgeous car. I got it in the color I wanted (Barcelona Red) and I got everything else I wanted from the very beginning. I love the powered Black leather (Soft-Tex) heated seats, sunroof, blind spot monitoring, Push to start, (remote start from the fob and Toyota App, the LTA, the PCS and the rest of the technology it comes with. It s everything I want in a Corolla!! Thank you!

Showed up for vehicle service, I didn't have an appointment as I'm from out of town. They wouldn't look at my vehicle and said they didn't have anyone who could help. Disappointed in poor customer service.

A little over a year ago we bought our Toyota Tacoma from Hatch Toyota. They were great to work with then and now we are looking to trade our truck in for something bigger. We didn t have to think about where to go. I called Hatch Toyota and talked with to Rusty Lawson who has been absolutely incredible to work with. I told him what we were looking for and he has been so helpful, great customer service and informative. Hopefully we find our dream truck soon. I would and have recommended Hatch Toyota to my friends, family and others.

A couple of months ago I purchased my first Toyota Camry from Hatch Toyota and I love it! Car buying can often be a pain haha but I worked with Rusty Lawson and he was great! He provided excellent customer service, care, was informative, patient and was able to find the right vehicle to fit my needs & within my budget. Rusty Lawson was awesome! For a dealership, I think they're trying to do well. But, they're still a dealership, so it's still expensive.

People are friendly enough but check out the class action lawsuit before buying. Horne was great.

Had an engine light problem in my Prius coming from Colorado that was check at home & they found no reason for it. So while in Show Low, AZ I stopped to ask about it at Hatch Toyota because it was on more than it was off all the way from Denver. Eric was so polite & friendly as he answered my multitude of questions, he basically gave me the same advice I got from Stevinson at home, so I felt a lot better about driving my car back home. Management Fails Period.. They keep the wrong people so the right people have to quit or get harassed till the police show up....btw watch out for crazed mechanics squealing threw the parking lot as management doesnt mind I was almost ran over on my way into work and the same mechanic screamed profanities for over 2 hours for getting in his way ....I was threatened told where to put it and cursed for two hours as a new employee..all for not yeilding in a 10 million dollar parking lot with 5 others while the mechanic does 30 in the parking lot....mechanic fails management fails

Horrible sales personnel. Hatch Toyota hires people that are convicted felons, people that are thieves, I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership in Show Low. One sales lady named Sachin was on her phone and talking very inappropriate sexual and offensive during my test drive this week. She then stated don't worry my good looks and I'll do anything to get you this car really made me uncomfortable and I took my business elsewhere. Her name is Sachin and if this is Hatch's Salespeople, I'm ashamed.

Stay clear of this dealership. They will try to hustle you by bait and switch, non transparent paper work or lack of proper paper work. They will promise you one thing and give you something else. We will report them to the better business bureau for their shady business practice. Buy a car here if you want to get scammed. Don t make the same mistake.

I would recommend Hatch Toyota to anyone who wants to be treated honestly, kindly, and professionally. The staff is friendly, helpful and never pushy. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. Great dealership!
