The don't have any deseplan regarding the patient appointments spicaly Dermatology dept.the nurses are really not profissional I want my post rich out to hatat policlinice management to take action on this matter

Very unprofessional way to treat people.
Do not go to this clinic, with the same money you pay here there are much better hospitals and clinics in the city, here you will be waiting in long lines, waiting on the phone for hours and nobody responds, you double check anything over the phone and they say OK but in reality it does not happen, poor and over priced service, lab results take days whereas in other hospitals are done on the same day with the same high price they are offering. I wish I knew this before I pay that much of money.
I m rating 1 because of 1 single thing, which I m sure most of the people might have noticed as well. THE NEVER ENDING WAIT AT RECEPTION
Literally, the girl on reception counter is probably the slowest human possible, i had to wait for 45 minutes in reception for a 2 min Xray, not because it was crowded, but because the girl at reception was clueless of what she s doing & was working at the pace of snail. I don t want to write her name here because of obvious reasons, bt for heaven sake pls end this red tape mentality from the hospitals now. This is absolutely nonsense! She was doing documentation for patents & it literally took her more than 30 min for simple documentation of every patient, something the other lady did in less than 2 minutes.
Worst service ever, no token system here . Everything is managed randomly.
