Tell me why my bill is 80 to 150 every month then when I receive liheap that would be enough for 2 months during a pandemic its much needed help this company sends me a bill of 280 curious because my usage was actually less also im not the only customer this happened to and their employees are extremely rude
No information about their service (under contract to Toronto Hydro) but if this is an indication of their work...I'll pass. Parked for several hours blocking a sidewalk with total disregard for pedestrians on a Saturday morning. Especially to those with mobility issues having to double back, go around the block or up the wrong way on a one way street. And the entire crew said not a word as I went by. Talk about having a sense of entitlement. Oh well, Parking Authorities were notified so hopefully and at the very least, they were ticketed. Truck #L254 & #H207.

Hastings Nebraska utilities Costumer service Is very rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people
I came to get the tain sensor credit. Doors locked. I called from outside explaining that I had printed receipt. Finally manager came a out then went back in and gave me wrong form.

Receptionist claimed she would electronically send me forms to change name on billing, but never did. Very unprofessional.
