This company manages the apartment complex where my wife and I have lived since January. They are hostile and dishonest when dealing with simple complains regarding the facilities. Their main contact, Jan Stolpe, was also disrespectful when addressing my wife when she simply wrote to inquire about our broken-down AC unit this past summer. Furthermore, there seems to be no foresight for maintenance as the AC didn't work for six weeks during June/July and then the boiler unit responsible for heat crapped out again when the weather turned cold. Jan adamantly refuses to hear any sort of negative comments but will get back to you only if you CC her boss into the email.
We complained about the neighbors below us smoking (in a non-smoking building) and Jan claimed to have visited the apartment in question, discovering no such violation. However, merely walking past the offending unit gives one the impression of walking into a dive bar because of the rank odor.
Avoid doing business with this agency and you'll have done yourself a favor.
