Pros

Super nice people to work with and there is always something going on that is interesting. Plenty of employee appreciation. Nice benefits, including a free Harvard class each semester. Great work/life balance for most.

Cons

Low pay, low raises. People are very segmented and separated. Some areas have no opportunity for growth. Management quality varies and complacency seems to pervade every nook and cranny of HBS.

Both CorE and Negotiation Strategy were fantastic courses that captured the fundamental topics of each subject. 5 stars because it was also communicated in a great format by using real use cases, using an interactive application to engage with the concepts and even making it possible to do group session with others that worked out amazingly even though remote.
