My experience with Republic Parking was poor.
I parked there on the night of Dec. 31st, came in at 8pm and left my car there overnight. When I left in the morning at 10am, it was a whooping $58!
The lady when leaving was yapping on her cell phone and totally ignored me. When driving out, I revisited their sign posted before you park. ($35 for overnight stay, which was exactly $1 more from the parking garage next door).
So I called the next week and they said that it was a mistake on their end and they would refund me the difference and that it would come in the mail..
Well weeks later and a few more emails and guess what, no check in the mail and no response back from management..
Next time when I'm parking my car, I will go out of my way not to not park anywhere that has "Republic Parking" and I hope you don't either.
They are scamming people out of their money and then ignore you when you when they mis-charge you. Normally I wouldn't really care about $23 or whatever, but honestly when I these sort of things happen, it just shows this is not a place that is ever getting my money again... Great customer service-NOT!

Easy access from freeway. Parking garage on site with plenty of spaces available...little bit tight for larger vehicles. Street level has lots of retail shops including starbucks. Not being a person who frequents Seattle's tall buildings, it took me a few minute to figure out the elevators...a little signage would have helped. Otherwise a nice building. The business I visited had nice offices and was clearly marked .

I have been coming here for the past 15 years... AND I wont be coming back.
Long story short -> I just took my feiend whos here from Hawaii. The Starbucks girls were sitting on the Counter and Could not be botheres to give the pass code for the restroom and DID NOT GIVE a paper recite. The Soup lady offered one but I said no, Not realizing I would need to show Proof to be able to use the bathroom, The security gaurd had to Call someone to get permission and a number for us to use the bathroom, I got coffee so I could use a bathroom! So? Girls dont give me a code gaurd gives me wrong code I'm an extra coffee and soul into needing to pee i have 16 min to get to my bus thats 45 min if i'm lucky 2 hours if i am not... And almost a mile walk.
So no way I can get anywhere else and I would need to BUY more coffee!?!?!?!?!
Look paying over 8$ for soup that came wheeled out on a plastic cart in a plastic bin in a plastic bag that sat around the whole time we sat at the Tiny Filthy Tables
Not coming back - and THAT means leaving my bank of almost 30 years! Good Bye us bank. You "Centre" is a terrible place with stupidly long lines lazy starbucks girls with TACKY hair.
In addition This is not the first time i have had issues getting a code, Or felt mistreated by security ~ they have gone as far as following me outside to Talk to me aitting on a ledge i sit on OFTEN (3-5 a week for the past 5 years) to Tell me they "Always" talk to people who sit there... umm no as ya walked past 3 others No you dont.
fyi I am a security gaurd IN my uniform with a bag from Ross, The Rack and? Joanns fabric REALLY? I am such a concern.
Targeting "Homeless" in this area Is actionable but mistreating those who you assume are poor is just rude!
Your in a high foot traffic area have a starbucks OR two... And should treat people with human decency
a starbucks should know the pass code
b security should Give the correct passcode
c security Should NEVER come out side to talk to someone at a bus stop ~ Just dont.
d The lines are insane for salad?!?! avoid this place, The over priced plastic wrap trash they call food is not worth it Pack a lunch or Go around the corner to blue C

My 'go-to- parking garage when I am downtown. Clean. Well lit. Easy access to convention center and the downtown core. Upscale office building with nice shops, too.
