Both my children have been to Tina's. They are 3 months and 2 years old respectively. Both were greeted with great understanding and there was time for them to feel safe. A lot was asked about their story, and it was all thoroughly reviewed. We experienced great improvements by the times we were there. The staff is really sweet and you can feel the phone being taken with a smile. Overall a really positive experience, so top marks from here.
