I STAYED AT CHAUTAUQUA HAROOR HOTEL AND THE SERVICE WAS A 10 PLUS. ME AND MY WIFE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE HOTEL RESTAURANT FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE MY STAY A PLACE TO REMEMBER.
Great Location and Service. Was unable to regulate the thermostat but I was too tired to report the problem. Cannot say that staff wasn't attentive. Other then cold temperature in the room everything was great. Clean rooms, they greeted me as Honors member.
