Love the staff here! They are so helpful, efficient and have great options for appointments. Ms. Retha at the front desk is always ensuring my family is comfortable, understands the policies, procedures, and billing.

This was a very pleasant visit to the Harrison Pointe Dentistry. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and clear in her instructions. The service by the Dentist Assistant was casual but clear and informative. Then the Dentist herself made the vist very informative in her explanations and efficient in attendng to my need.
I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice and staff. Very caring compassion front desk scheduler, gentle and efficient back staff members. I was always afraid to go to the dentist, but after my appointment today, I am not longer apprehensive about the dentist.

I would recommend this group to all my family and friends. This practice really does go the extra mile for their patients.

I do not recommend Harrison Pointe Dentistry. They offered to replace my filings (which were fine), I was only there for a cleaning. Well on my next visit after they replaced my fillings, I was told I have cavities, and I am not one to get cavities often, I've had the same 3 for over 20 years. So I questioned if they were new and they said theyre the same ones..so they did them incorrectly. Its always a different doctor, and they question me about the work of the previous doctor. They also filed down one of my teeth unnecessarily, so not only do i have to get my fillings replaced, I now need a crown as well! The same thing also happened with my daughter, she now needs all of her fillings replaced, but it will NOT be at Harrison Pointe Dentistry!

I had a great experience at Harrison Pointe Dentistry. Every staff member was so warm, kind, and really listened to my concerns without judgement. The dentist is often a negative experience for people, but this office raises the bar for customer service and dentistry. I highly recommend giving Harrison Pointe Dentistry a try!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy...

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give no stars I would. I went through a complete nightmare. I trusted them to fix my crown so there was no spacing and all they did was make matters worse. I had a temporary crown from sometime in March or February. Ofcourse COVID happened and things got shut down. When they opened back up in May I went in to have my permanent crown seated and they said it wasn t a good fit. I ve been so many times back and forth out of the office i cannot remember how many doctors I seen. If it wasn t the temp crown falling off multiple times , it was them trying to find the find the crown, and having to resend mold for a another crown. All of this experience was painful for them to keep working on that one area by being numbed multiple times and having some sort of divider shoved up the gums. I was sore many days after leaving the office made me wonder if I should even go back. In July I had an appointment to seat the permanent crown and was there for atleast 3hrs. For some reason they was having trouble with the xray images saying it wasn t a good fit and molded again and told me that I would have to come back again due to the crown having space.

So somehow there was a misunderstanding because I thought I left with a temp crown on but when it was past four weeks and I didn t get a call I reached out to speak to a manager. Not only was I waiting to hear back but I wanted them to know I was experiencing pain and aches in the area they been working on. I was notified that I currently have a permanent crown on at this point. So myself and my insurance was confused as they didn t receive anything about seating a permanent crown.

So I had an appointment in August for them to check on it. I arrived and had to wait because the Doctor was running behind. When I finally got back the assistant had me break down my concerns before being seen by the doctor. She got xrays in the area of the crown and the doctor came in and said I have an infection. Saying whoever did my root canal didn t clean the infection all the way out. I had to go to a specialist over two years ago for this matter. So I been with this office for two years since I moved here and they are just now alerting me that I have an infection after the fact they seated a permanent crown. Also the confusion about me thinking I had a temp crown was cleared up but I still remember being told before I left I had a temp in my mouth. So now this office has caused me more pain, money and suffering sending me home with antibiotics.

I asked why they didn t know I had an infection before and their response is based on the xrays that were taken there was no way for them to know that as it only showed the crown area and not up to the roots. Why would that not be checked before placing a permanent is mind blowing to me. I ve been there multiple times and had multiple xrays and I was explained they don t see infections until it gets worse. So now I m left with possibly having to come out of pocket for a another crown because they said I need a root canal. At the end I was done wrong after I put my trust in this office. They took my money and treated me wrong in every way. Don t spend one cent here. You will regret it. Please don t end up in a situation like me.
