What's not to love if you like cars. different years and different fuel powered vehicles from wood to gas to electric and jet powered cars. Also the ever changing exhibit are nice so you have to come back and see what has changed. Also you get to see where some of the car terms come from. Like jump on the back , hit the back door, crank it up or First at the secne. OK maybe not I kind just thought that i was looking at some of the car but go see what you come up with it . You will have fun.

Live Automobiles you'll love this place. We aren't into gambling so this was a great alternative way to spend the day. Plan at least four hours here unless you just run through. The space activities were fun and interactive.

Older cars are not my thing, but this place was still interesting. Pretty good audio tour information. Would have been nice to see a wider selection of newer cars that are unique/important in some fashion. They had a couple such cars, so it left me wanting more. Friends I was with really liked the place.

This is great collection of cars. I had visited before when it belonged to Harrah's Casino and the collection at that time was much larger. Nice building and set up, easy to see everything now.

Wonderful collection, most rude and impatient employees of any business I know of. Asked to leave the museum ten minutes before their closing time. Not knowledgeable, or respectful. Unless you're dying to see a collection of pre-1950 vehicles, save your money and time.

Excellent selection of classic and unusual vehicles. Took us awhile to go through the whole museum, so give yourself plenty of time to thoroughly enjoy the collection. The gentleman from whom we purchased our tickets from was super friendly.

Such a fascinating collection of cars. Exhibits are done very well with some themed exhibits to fit the era of the cars. I even enjoyed the NASA exhibits that are throughout the museum. It meant much to my husband because one of his past relatives used to own the Autorama Museum in Florida (James Melton). It's his dream to find some of the cars that used to be apart of that exhibit. We haven't had any luck yet, but this place did remind him of this potential hunt for his family's history.

Reno's best attraction. We spent several hours here looking and reading. Not necessarily a car enthusiast but this place is very interesting. There is history, stories and a huge amount of photo opportunities. The cost of entrance is well worth it. If you come to Reno and not stop then you did yourself an injustice.

This is a wonderful place of nostalgia. You can see cars from the 19 hundreds all the way to 1970s. The museum is clean and well kept and signs giving you history on each vehicle and what it sold for when it was new we really enjoyed our visit to the museum.

Cool museum. It was a good afternoon with my 8 year old son. It was the perfect size to keep his attention and not let him get bored. It was a really neat and eclectic mix of old cars and nostalgia. If you're in the area and looking for a cheap, fun afternoon, then you can't fo wrong. Ther only piece I would skip if i had top skip something would be the 26 minute movie. It was kind of lame.

This is a must see if you are married to a automotive nut or are just a history buff. But actually I loved it as well. Had lots of previously owned cars used in movies or those of well known Hollywood Stars or Celebs. Very well done, excellent exhibit flow and history about period pieces. Seating for short breaks from walking, lots of display photo ops, even costumes to really get the feel of back then. Good value and history lesson.

Like visiting Jay Leno garage for 10 bucks! Apparently was most of the cars were Mr Harrah's private collection. Very clean and organized by era. I'd go again, was a short walk from my hotel. They had guided tours but I enjoyed it without the guide.

It was either spend 90 minutes in an air conditioned building looking at cars or outside looking at cars during the Hot August Nights car show. The senior rate was $10 to look at great cars from the early 1900s and up. They had cars I've never heard of from companies that faded into history a long time ago. Each car had a placard listing the make, model, year and some engine details. All are kept in museum shape- ie no touching. Some were owned by famous movie stars of the past. Don't miss this glimpse into the automotive past should you be in Reno, NV.
