Don't have more I have not visit them yet hope it's a good place to stay

I was very hesitate when I first looked. Capri 112 is a nice clean updated spot. Would definitely come back again. Only downfall is there are no pools for the grandkids who are not ocean loving fans like myself.

Harmony Beach Vacation - Stay somewhere else! Buyer beware.

We experienced numerous issues while there that were not resolved and the management did not seem to care. These issues disrupted our vacation daily:
(1.) Called on the first day because the Internet was not working. This is something that you advertise and should be covered in the price of your unit. On many additional days we called and was told someone would come out. This never happened. We had several people in the room that needed to work and could not due to the limited signal. We ended up using 9 gigabytes of data through our cell phone carriers that created an additional $120 worth of expense. (2.) The fridge does not keep items cold, they were only cool and at times warm. I reported this as well on the 13th when the office opened. (3.) The coffee pot did not work and they brought us a different one that did not work either. After ruining several pots of coffee we finally got the one from your office that worked. (4.) The lock was quirky the last three days we were there. On the 16th it stopped working completely and someone came to take a look at it. He came out and changed the batteries. I told him it still didn t sound right but he assured me it would work. It did not. Throughout the day someone had to stay in the room to let people in an out. It worked at times and not others. I again called and he came to check it, said it was fixed. He also assured me that if we got locked out he could unlock the door remotely. We all got ready, went on the beach to take pictures and came back only to find it did not work. We called and were told it would take around an hour to get someone to come and fix it. We had to wait over an hour, in the heat, and ended up not being able to go with the rest of our family for an outing. I eventually got someone to go over the rail on the second floor because my mother needed to eat and to take her medication. Beware that rooms are easy to get in to from sliding glass door this is true anywhere so use care. When the person finally arrived he was not able to fix the door and gave me one (1) key. We have a (3) bedroom place so one key was not a great solution. The worst part was having to wait outside and not being able to join others on our vacation. This is time lost that we can never get back. I don t want to believe that your company would not realize the number of hours we spent dealing with issues that we should not have had to deal with while on our vacation. I think some type of remuneration was in order given the vast number of issues and inconveniences that we experienced. What they did offer was 20% off of a future stay. Are you kidding me? I won t be back and thanks to their poor customer service I will be telling everyone about the bad experience. Go elsewhere!

Absolutely love it ! No hustle and bustle ! Secure with a gate ! Private access to the beach ! Family atmosphere ! The most relaxing place ever ! Would not change a thing about this place !

A perfect place to stay you have the beach right out the back door your own Piece of Heaven

We had a good experience at Capri 114 and the staff was kind and courteous. The beach access is wonderful, we felt safe and private, and do recommend this location for small families that do not need a high end place to stay. It is cozy and clean. There is no pool or vending, but the location has stores nearby - we even just walked to the Circle K a few times. 114 says it will sleep 6, but until they replace the foldout couch consider it as comfortable for 4 people or less. The staff was kind and courteous, there is a laundry, and umbrellas and chairs reserved for visitors of Capri.

Don't even think about staying here. They appear nice until you stay there. A very disappointing experience.

We stayed in 205a, it was amazing. The view was perfect, the beaches were amazing. We are grateful we got the free beach service.

Very clean and comfortable room with and incredible staff on a beautiful stretch of beach. What else could you ask for!

We stayed here last summer and I loved it. You won t find any place else this close to the beach, which is a MAJOR plus for me. I m not fond of the high-rise condos where you can t even hear the ocean from the deck, and almost suffer a heat flash just walking the boardwalk to the beach. This is right. On. The beach. No crowds on the private beach, and our unit was very clean and very quiet. As a matter of fact, we re going again this summer! We re going to stay at one of the units that has a patio. The only thing I wish they could change was to add a pool.

We love John and Ange and the Harmony Beach Vacations team! They make sure the property is in perfect order and take care of everything we need in a prompt, friendly manner.

Our first visit, and we would like to come back. Very nice condo and staff very nice. Love the private beach and so many places to eat and shop! Enjoyed ourselves and very relaxing.

Harmony is going to have all the excuses but the reality was when I left for a 6 1/2 hour drive for a vacation I paid for weeks ago, there were not any issues. I found out about 20 minutes before I reached the condo that I did not have my rental anymore. Harmony said that the owner of Ramsgate 1 in Seagrove was not leaving because his other condo was not ready. Then, they said that they made a mistake....which is it??? All I know is that I was an emotional wreck and management was not doing anything to make it better. They didn't want to pay more for a place for me to stay on 30A on the beach. They could not imagine why I did not want to look at their unit 45 minutes away from where I originally rented. I did not want to stay in Destin. We were staying near friends on 30A so that our children could play with each other. While I was at Harmony which is connected to these rental units they wanted me to stay at, college kids next door were yelling very graphic obscenities and describing what they were going to do with strippers. Police were stopping teenagers on the side of the road drunk. I wanted peace and relaxation on the beach not this situation. A gentleman asked me what was wrong while I was falling apart at my vehicle, I explained and he said that he was staying there and the only thing really nice was that it was on the beach. Otherwise, it was just okay. I am battling cancer and wanted a peaceful and quiet area and not this attitude of what was wrong with me from Harmony. When you are displaced, usually you are offered something above or compatible to what you paid for and many realty companies in the area reiterated that same motto to me. Where they wanted me to stay was not compatible and below what I paid for. I have stayed at Ramsgate before in Seagrove and know the area very well. However, I blame Harmony and the owner of Ramsgate 1 for the nightmare. Apparently, the owner nor Harmony really cared. Thank you so much to ResortQuest. They were very understanding and worked with my family until we found something on the beach and worked with us on the price because of the hell we had been through.

Such incredible staff always making us feel like this is our second home. We come and stay multiple times a year. Love all of their properties and the smoothness of booking a vacation through them.

we had a reservation for this home to arrive on 9/23/20 and 15 min past our arrival time the management company for the homeowner called to tell us they were running behind because the people before us had trashed the house and vomited without cleaning it up and they needed more time to clean. I pushed to ask for a place to stay for a replacement and they brought us over to a home called The Whale. On our ride there we checked the house out and thought we would ask to stay at the home they said we could stay for the night. Well we arrived at The Whale and was told they had hurricane damage and that they had to check with the homeowner to see if we could stay there even for the night before offering to us!! Well the homeowner said he didn t want us to because if the adjuster said it was unsafe we would have to leave!! Why the management company Harmony didn t check first is beyond me!! In the meantime, we have 13 women sitting in a car waiting for them to give us a resolution!!so they bring us back to a diamond in the Reef claiming it was all cleaned and ready only to find out the rug needed to be cleaned downstairs As well as there was the smell of fecee in the bedroom upstairs and now the story is the girl didn t tell us someone vommitted but that kids had peed everywhere! When we told them that the person who called us said vommitting and I had 6 witnesses in the car that heard the same thing he still claimed not correct! Btw they claimed everything happened downstairs and we question that too because they didn t stay with the guest!

Because we felt there possibly had been a Covid party and that no matter what because of COVID we were not comfortable staying at the home and to please provide their alternative options he said they had Nothing and we were on our own. They did not even offer a hotel for us to stay at now three hours later with 13 women! We even asked if they would get us a place with a different company and transfer our money to them he said nope nothing they will or can do for us!!! I shared that it is not like I had the money just sitting in an account, that they had to know at noon the house would not be ready he just kept saying well nothing we can do!! I even asked to speak to the owner of the company and he said can t do that either!!!

So we were now on our own to find a home for the retreat I was hosting for 14 women at 9 pm!! They easily could ve called around noon and helped work it out! All we kept hearing was he had plans and he had to leave and the lady that met us had to go get her kid so our needs were not a priority!!

Thank God we found a home with Diamond Gulf Rentals and they even got the owner to let us in that evening!!

To the owner of this home and The Whale please know I would switch from Harmony and if you don t I would take better pictures, ask them to do better maintenance as the pictures look nothing like the posted as well as the pool areas were a mess!!

Btw we had one of our ladies go by on Sat as she was expecting a package and they were still cleaning the place!!

Loved it!!! Great and easy access to the beach right from the room. Condo was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely return!!!

Lovely properties ( I am partial to Gulf Winds.) and good service from the staff at Harmony.

Our unit was very clean and just as represented. The office personnel were very courteous and helpful. We are looking forward to returning next winter.

For 12 years, Harmony Beach Vacations has provided amazing vacation properties and unparalleled vacation experiences for my family. Having stayed in 8 different condos they manage, I know these people are good at what they do. The beaches are gorgeous too! If you're a steadfast traveler you know that wi-fi may be weaker in condos and congested beach areas if your neighbors use multiple devices it competes for that signal. I take a HOTSPOT on all vacations... this and common sense solves a lot of problems right? I'm planning my next trip now.....

We've been coming here 10 years and love this place. Spotless rooms, right on the beach, beach is private, very safe because complex is gated. Love the office staff, they are almost like family. Not a swanky highrise by any means but we aren't looking for that! If you stay on the beach from sun up to sun down, want a umbrella and chairs, and want to be close to everything, stay here. We like to be left alone and take care of things ourselves, so this is the place for us!

This place is so cute and very clean. We have enjoyed being on the beach and being able to walk right back to the room to shower and eat. Definitely planning to come back.

The unit we stayed at was listed as "on the beach", which it wasn't.
I asked for a refund, which they refused. They are very hard to work with, I wouldn't stay here again for free. The units are old and dated, and the ac went out. It was very small even for 2 people. I've vacationed in Florida for many years, and this was the worst.

This company is pathetic. They want to lie about giving out free stuff but charge you on the back end. They think it s cool to lie and then when you ask to speak to supervisors they refuse to talk to you. Do not book anything or have anything to do with this company because it is garbage and it is not loyal or care about its customers.

Steps from the beach! Gated. Safe. This was the Cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. No elevators, No smoking. Quiet private beach. My husband and I stayed in #106 Capri at the Gulf. The simple furnishings gave us peace when we were inside the condo. The focus was the emerald ocean right outside the door. The sound of the ocean, seagulls, and laughter. Within walking distance to Camilles and Crab trap restaurant. Close to Destin Commons. During this "pandemic", it's important to use common sense , by breathing fresh air, (no mask) and getting some vitamin D..sunshine. Something about salty air, toes in the sand and quiet time with the Lord. We will definitely book again!

Ideal location on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Units are dated, but we felt like we were experiencing a stay that our parents had some 30 years ago.

Love staying here! Always quiet, always clean, great private beach! Me and my wife came for our anniversary and plan to come back for many years to come!

they tell u they have wifi but in the fine print it tells u it wont work on smart devices... tried on my laptop and it didn t work either. Pretty disappointing because now i have to find a place to be able to get my work done.

What a find tucked away right on the beach. Stayed a month. Great bargain. Friendliest staff. Had a couple small.maimtenance issues that were attended to asap even one at night. Will stay here again next visit. Thanks guys.

Harmony Beach Capri is the most relaxing part of my year!

Unit 104 is beautiful! It was a relaxing and comfortable beach stay. The location is very convenient to the places we enjoy visiting, and we even found some new favorites. We can't wait to return!

Really bad experience. Did not fix issues during our trip. So disappointing. Numerous issues occurred during our stay and none of them were fixed. Managment did not seem to care or try to rectify the situation so that we were happy.

We stay at Harmony Beach Vacations almost every year. They have fantastic, clean condos. The service is great and the locations are great. We will never use anyone else!

Harmony Beach Vacations has always been a great choice for my Destin vacations! I've booked several different condos from them and they never fail to take good care of me and my family when we stay there. Condos are clean and I've always felt safe in the area. Highly recommend!

I won a trip for two and I'm wondering if you guys are a scam because I don't wanna have to pay all this money and have this be a scam. A lot of reviews online tell me you guys are marketing your trip as "FREE", but in reality it's not.

I have stayed here multiple times since I was a child. It has never disappointed! Location is perfect and the condo is a great value!! Service is awesome too!

Had to cancel because car broke down beyond repair. Harmony Beach Vacations would not refund even though insurance was purchased. Do not use, find someone who offers refunds if something does happen and you cannot go on your vacation. I'm out $1000 now and no vacation.

This was a disappointing trip due to the aggravation of dealing with issues that could have been resolved by Harmony that were not. Stay on the ocean. This company did not have what it advertised and the customer service was abysmal.
