I would give this company a zero if I could not even one star. We did respite for a special needs child they have in their care. He is complete care. G-tube feeding pump, diapering, blind, completely disabled. We did respite for a special needs child they have in their care. We had the child for one week he came very dirty and needed immediate bathing, his nails were very long with dirt underneath, he came without equipment without some of the medications, he came last minute even though plans could have been made months prior . He needed new clothing as he came with adult size socks that did not even match his clothes needed replacing, we purchased new clothing for him took care of all of his needs talked to a therapist about special equipment for him and did everything we could to communicate our disappointment in his condition and treatment. We are now more than two months post respite and we just received a check in the mail for $60 for the entire week and a statement saying they will not pay any more than two days. If you are asked to do respite for this company beware your heart will be torn and so will your pocketbook. Very unprofessional and irresponsible!!
