Harmony health centre Review

All around joke. Woman at the counter is a space cadet. Waited an hour while watching people who arrived well after us go in ahead of us. This visit was in the evening while operating as a walk in clinic. Would rather smash my head against a wall then speak to someone that stupid ever again.

This place is remarkable. Easy to access, easy to park, very professional employees, clean and quiet. My Dr send them my prescription by fax and they wait for me the following day. Can't ask for better services.

Better parking downtown.
You are required to use tokens to pay for your parking, however you cannot use $3 in coins to pay for parking, you need to break a bill, if you do not have a $5 or a $10, you ll be required to use the atm pull out $20, plus fees so you get left with $17 in loonies, $5 in bank / withdrawal fees. Going elsewhere next time.

So grateful to have this clinic in the community. They are really helpful and provide great care to mom and baby. The whole team is compassionate and caring.

Dr. Shenassa and Dr. Khalil are kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Their staff are competent and efficient. The offices are always clean. Both Doctors are thorough in their diagnoses and explanations of treatment plans. They are both patient first doctors and I highly recommend both of them.

TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS. Pay parking situation is a disaster. You must pay $3 even if you re there for 10 minutes. Only way to pay is with cash and exact change. But wait, they have an ATM that will give you money but you still need to convert that into a token. ATM fee for another $3! You can t ask for change at the restaurant as the woman there is rude and unfriendly. I was asked to buy a $2 coffee. If you don t have exact change, You will have to pay $3 for a parking token, $3 for the ATM fee, and $2 for a coffee. Al for a grand total of $8 for a 10 minute lab appointment. Complete madness. Who runs the parking facility is a scam artist and doesn t care about about customers or patients.
