Not bad.. took a while waiting to get a door, but once in the door, loaded quickly and gone.

I would give 0 stars here second time picking up here and takes forever 1st time it took 5 hours 2nd time took them 8 hours to load the truck super super slow.

Only one person working at shipping office he doing paperwork and also come outside to check trailers..they need to put more people to make the process going fast..

Worst place , you going to spend hours here to get loaded.

My first time to pick up a load from this company.It was fast and quick and I'm out of there in no time.

Terrible place to get loaded. Showed up on property at 1:30 p.m. for a 4 p.m. appointment. Got a door at 6:45 p.m. after being persistent ; it's now 10:25 p.m. and I'm still not fully loaded. Gotta drive 9 hours to my delivery in the morning. Luckily I'm in team. Good luck coming here if you're a solo driver.
Update : I was at 88% loaded and they just had a shift change , so now somebody else has to come and load 3 pallets that the other guy didn't finish. This place is a joke, nobody cares about the job, just clocking in their hours and going home.

Arrived 1030, appt 1200, leaving 1320. I was one of the lucky ones...

Have to call the number at the shipping desk to check in. I can t say anything bad. Was loaded in an hour and the guys were nice. Must pre cool for frozen loads.

I have been to numerous bakeries that produce for the national Dunkin Donut account and this is by far the worst. I ve waited over 8 hours now and have finally been assigned a dock door but the request to open my doors for loading still has not occurred. What s worse is that two other trucks in dock doors before me still haven t opened their doors either. Every truck I ve seen come through here has wasted hours of time for their shipment. This place needs a major top down evaluation for incompetence and inefficiency. It s a true disgrace among industrial bakeries. Never again will I pick up a load from this bakery. I m editing this review to inform drivers I was here over 15 hours before getting loaded and shipping bills in hand. A complete disgrace!
