Amy Porreca is by far the best insurance agent we've ever had. We started with car insurance and have now added our home insurance as well. For the past month Kim has helped me fight to get a better rating with my flood insurance and FEMA. Since I live at the shore I need extra vents in my crawl space. Kim has relentlessly gone back and forth with FEMA. The issue still is not resolved but not due to her not trying but due to miscalculations by FEMA and the flood insurance company.
