The room was incredible. Very clean, very large. I loved the little details like robes and great shampoo etc. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. There was nothing you couldn't get. The pool was wonderful and had amazing views of the city. I highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel! The breakfast buffet is something out of a dream or a movie. Truly fit for royalty. The lobby carries the fragrance of perfume while a good rock song is always playing. The rooms offer a beautiful views of the ever expanding city. That being said, if you're a non-white person get ready to step into the 1960's. I was utterly shocked at the treatment I received. I was told numerous times not to use the main elevators in the lobby. I left the hotel to have a cigarette and upon my return I was strong armed in the lobby by security until the bell hop that showed me to my room informed security that I was indeed a guest. I received dirty looks from each and every staff member everywhere I went (with a few exceptions). A few of my friends were given access to the the club on the roof called the sky club. They told me all they had to do was ask for a bracelet. I did so and almost received one before a woman behind the desk shouted "you ain't getting in the club". At the time I was dressed in a black CK suit and felt like I looked good enough to get in anywhere. I replied "why not" and she said "it's a private club". That was the same thing I was told for the elevators and virtually everywhere else I tried to go. She then called security on me when I asked to see the manager and before I knew it I was encircled by security guards all waiting to attack me on a second's notice. She also told me she would call the police if I wouldn't calm down even though I had not once raised my voice. Just imagine how terrifying that is being in a foreign country. Only once I pointed across the vast lobby to my white friends was I given a bracelet. They actually had to vouch for me knowing them. And they're just regular people all on the same trip as I was. As we left to go to dinner I was followed all the way to the street where we waited for a taxi. It was simply the most horrific experience of my life. If you must go for business or some other reason be very careful not to wander from your entourage if you're not white or by extension Colombian. They too are treated well.
Great view without any fees. The food and drink prices aren't bad either! Best to come here around 5 to 5:30 to see the transition from sunset to evening.
Lovely place with a bunch of friendly staff. Tastfully furnished rooms with great view of the city and skylines with extremely Beautiful ambiance and connection to the mall and convention center without stopping out of the massive facility is fascinating. This is a holiday haven.
Stunning! The best view of The Panama! There is a small fee to enter on the roof if you are not staying in the Hotel. Delicious cocktails to top up the excitement. Would recommend not to miss this at any cost!
It s great hotel with nice staff and I like the management way control with the customer and the employees to be fair . The club up in the sky it s amazing also with view you can see the sea and the city and your feeling will change never ever before. Like you re in the dream and smiling without reason and happiness. With drinks we can fly in the sky with lovely people we love . I hope comeback here to remember my time .

Great hotel to enjoy the views and city life of Panama City. Everything is modern, the rooms are huge, the gym is excellent, the pool is nice, the elevators are fast and plenty and the staff is very friendly. Would stay here again definitely.
Very stylish hotel. Each stage is devoted to a musician and decorated in its style. I live on 42 floor, the view from the window is really amazing. Rooms are well equipped with big bed, TV, little coffee maker, safe, special dream machine.
Hotel has a pool with bar, smoking is prohibited on the whole territory except one little balcony on M1 stage. It also has a skybridge to the Mall with different shops, casino and Convention center
