Hard Rock Cafe Ibiza Review

The service was rubbish, we ended up walking out as staff took to long to seat us and once seated we waited over 15mins for service. Very disappointing so we left without dinner.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Had to wait forever for our bill. Was totally willing to tip generously but it was not acceptable how long we had to wait.

Good place to eat American food while listening to some live performance.

Alba the waitress GREAT !!! He treated us like Reyes! Very good food and that, especially the deal ..... Alba keeps it up !!!!!

Big servings and the staff were all absolutely fantastic.

Poor selection of t-shirts and with limited sizes, better the shop at the airport that offers more choice VASTA.

Restaurant located in the port of Ibiza, I highlight its nachos and the barbecue burger, it is the most original, the others are very similar to each other. For 1 more you can make the garnish potatoes with bacon and cheese. Great!

Perfect location, super clean, toilet not clean, cesars salad and burger mega delicious, otherwise very expensive. For WC and prices 1 point deduction.

Nice place to have a cocktail in the daytime , priced accordingly 22 euro for a double gin and tonic

What a waste of time, and money. Poor taste, long waiting and prices over the top.
In comparison to other HRC's embarrasing...
Both manager and waitress could care less about our complaint about the bad prepared food.

Cold, aseptic, detached. Almost sad and I shot a lot of Hard Rock. Not very attentive service, without enthusiasm. Piling up chairs and cleaning the venue (I don't mean disinfection for COVID 19), with customers still having dinner, is not good. When ordering hamburgers, nachos and the like, it would be nice to have a towel dispenser on the table. Ok, you say, you can also request it. Yes, if the staff deigned to you more attention.
3 stars, because in the end the dishes are saved, but at those prices, especially in the center of Ibiza, there are dozens and dozens of alternatives ...

Tried a locally owned restaurant but the waitress was incredibly rude we left and went to Hard Rock. Fantastic service!!!

Visited in ibiza. Pleasant the place is nice staff. The menu is the same as any other hard rock Cafe. ..so very abundant dishes ... And super desserts.

We celebrated my son's 19 years and everything was super special, great food, great atmosphere and decoration, great music and a team of waiters from 1 0

Currently on Holiday in Ibiza. Went to this Cafe as we were really hungry while waiting for our check in time. Loved their The big Cheeseburger , my friend had sea food and loved it too. The service was really good, food was filling and tasty. The prices weren t too high either. My meal was around 16 euros, which isn t too bad considering it is a little expensive out here. We ate outside and it was lovely. The staff member serving us was very friendly and helpful.Would recommend!

Typical Hard Rock Cafe, with attached clothing shop where you can buy the legendary jersey with their name and the name of the city where the restaurant is located. The very fast service the taste is the same as always of this world brand! most of them had fun activities for the children!

Good place to eat, camaremos simpaticos, good atmosphere and the food does not fail.

Yes, just a Hard Rock Cafe ... here in Ibiza. Of course, the whole thing lives from its cult character, but it should be noted that the cocktails are great - also and especially the non-alcoholic. The shop is well sorted and the staff (whether in the shop or in the cafe itself) is remarkably nice.

Great food! So many goodies on the menu that I can never choose. Also nice service & a cozy interior.

Without a doubt the best burgers in Ibiza, order the Java Lava Burguer and it will be a unique experience, price of drink plus hamburger 19. Very good value for money.

I am very disapointed, i visited over 30 HRC and i am collecting Pins from all over the world and in the shop there wasnt even a lanyard, no magnets or other stuff like that. This things are what HRC makes so special! Not one Pin!? Realy???
