This place never fails to deliver. The covid safety measures in place are the best we have experienced in town. Great food and great hospitality from the staff.

Supply not very large but especially in an unhappy position

Truly love going to The Hard Rock Cafe Dubai.

The staff are always friendly, the entertainment is good and it helps that it s family friendly.

The food is good and consistent - every time we have been the food has been good and have not had one bad experience over the past 3 years.
We love the starter platter to share, Wings or Burgers. Our daughter loves getting her Mac & Cheese or Burger in the super cool guitar plate.

They have lovely cocktails, I highly recommended one called Air Mexico I love having small tastes of different things so this is perfect - 3 small glasses of different flavored margaritas!

This is also a super fun place to celebrate birthdays, the band sings to you and they have a little birthday surprise for you so be sure to tell them it s your bday!

Awesome foods! Live band with NOT TOO HARD ROCK. Family oriented. Cozy ambient. Conveniently located. Plenty of taxis. You can go with your kids if they are ok with loud music. There are plenty of places where families can sit away from the bar. Kids might love their burgers and desserts. Recommended age 8 years and above. Weekdays are good for families with kids. Happy hour start from 10 p.m. and only available from Saturday to Wednesday. Not many options in happy hours. You will get buy one get one free. Beer costs approximately 45 AED. Approximate cost per person 100 - 150 AED. Staff were friendly and helpful.

e love Hard Rock Cafe and try to find one where-ever we travel! We have been to 12 locations so far and loved every one of them! We just took a cruise out of Dubai and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe before the cruise and after!! Always great service, great food and great fun! I buy a collectible Hard Rock Guitar Pin at every Hard Rock we visit!!

The food was extremely bad and when I called the manager he said that they changed the supplier and he will send an email but they didn't even apologise for the food or even discounted the bad dish I will never come to that place a gain

A very modern cafe which is cool the restaurant can be reached in 2 floor by lift or stairs. The burger was also very good and it is one of the few local in the vae where there is original bud.

Was there for celebration of my friends birthday. Had a blast. Really a fun place.

Visited for dinner on Saturday 22 June. It is located in the Festival City district, so it's a bit off-center to the main Dubai attractions and you should go there by taxi. In four, we ordered 3 Legendary local burgers, a kids menu, 4 pepsi "free refill" (free glass refill) and an ice cream, for a final bill corresponding to just over 80 euros. We enjoyed everything, including the live music of "Big Mouth". Really a nice evening.

Great food and service. Asked for their Atomic Burger but as a lettuce wrap and they did it without a second thought. Most restaurants apologize and say they can t do wrap. Loved it.

I love this place. The food is so yummy. Decoration is great. Staff so friendly & the services there are excellent. Always have kids activity. I love their burgers.

A modern but beautiful HRC. Lots of space with its own stage. Currently a band live every night.

Decent place. Probably a bit too big to be comfortable.
F&B was good. Service was very good and professional.
The Band (Boxtones) was pretty average and didn't properly adjust to the location. Drums were overpowered and tweeters settings were generally too high (or basses too low, if you like). Had to leave the place because of a headache after the band started.

Superb! It is not the most convenient place to get to, but worth a visit. Extensive menu well prepared and good service. Nice vibe and music will keep you entertained. The only suggestion I can think of is to enclose (and aircon) the patio for us smokers.

Rubbish Sound... Rubbish food... Awful drinks... A 90 minute wait for a table... Any other place in Dubai would do better... Not recommended... Don't waste your time or money here..

Beautiful venue with live music. We ordered 2 rib eye but 1 rib eye and 1 New York steak arrived, the fries smelled of onion; we also ordered 1 large bottle of local water at a cost of 17 but they brought us 1 cream water for the cost of 22. If you really need to go there be careful what you order and what they bring you.

One of the best Hard Rock Cafes out there. Great music, Big space, and perfect for Birthdays. Food selection list also great, serving one of the best burgers in Dubai.
