Reasonable acoustics, depending a lot on the sound technician and equipment of the band in question, I've heard from good to bad in the same space.
Basically there are 2 rooms, one slightly larger, with a bar and good toilets to enjoy good sound moments if the performers allow it.

Located in the Ribeira do Porto area, it is a pleasant space, with the right size to be intimate but keeping the necessary space not to be claustrophobic. Good acoustics, an eclectic program and friendly service at the bar.

Purely and simply the best house in Porto for live concerts, great atmosphere and a great choice for those who like music. Undoubtedly the spot with the best line-up in the region.

We went to the Hard Club for the Stranger Things event. The event was great, free, with fun and toast right! The venue of the event was in a part of the Hard Club, I need to return to get to know the better place!

I went on a Thursday night to listen to live jazz. I spent an excellent night !! Good service, warm decor and good music!

Atypical place, but deplorable service (45 minutes to be interested in us). Passable cuisine.

Pessimo attendance, it took a long time for the employee to come to the table, the dish took a long time, the missing entry was put on the side table, which arrived well afterwards, the dish came raw sirloin to be roasted with chestnuts that came cold, the battered potatoes were already boiled and fried and almost burnt. Anyway Zero score in all aspects of the Restaurant the market

Very hot and people smoke in the environment, horrible!

Five star staff working there, excellent organization, good live sound and msm quality restaurant on top of the venue to give concerts. (I'm talking about the big room, the main room)

Since it opened that air conditioning is a myth. I do not think you have the necessary conditions for a concert venue and their prices (tickets and drinks).

Cool space. The musicians lacked follow spots ... live concerts.

Solid choice for clubbing, having two different rooms ensures that if you're not particularly feeling the music in one you have an alternative choice. It also prevents either room from becoming too crowded. The music wasn't particularly good during my time there but that's up to the DJ rather than the venue. The lines for the cloakroom and drinks were annoying but no more so than at any other club. The location is excellent, and once you've had your fill it's perfect to just wander downhill to the riverside for some fresh air. Will probably come back next time I'm in Porto!

You are a disgrace! Stocking always above the limit which makes everyone feel sick inside, very hot and endless lines. Every time I went it was like this, I don't recommend it to anyone. Shame on you!

Alternative concerts. When the room is full it gets very hot and the air is very heavy due to tobacco.

Bar freezing as much by its temperature (no stove lit) as by the disinterest of the waiters. Almost French price for hot chocolate which was very good. Pity.

Lousy acoustics, miserable sound at the cigarettes after sex concert. I can't tell if there is no soundcheck before or if they do it on purpose so as not to bootleg the concerts. In any case, I won't be seeing concerts at this place again

Lunch to forget. Total chaos in the service. Since we arrived until we received the meal it was 2 hours.

Excellent room acoustics, very good and functional backstage, good access to loading and unloading, good restaurants nearby, very friendly and helpful staff. Very interesting temporary exhibition in a large and clear space.

Very cool party place but with very expensive drinks

Good space for concerts, but too much delay in the cloakrooms which worsens the concert because the spectator loses part of the spectacle. Excellent conditions

Went for dinner, food was pretty good, the restaurant is seriously cool, with a real shabby chic vibe

Do not set foot in this place we were 7 people and the server refused to serve us on the terrace because we glue 2 tables together (spaces designed for 2 or 3 people per table max)

Site without great cultural interest. Alternate parties and no big culture or any kind of good vibe. Personal opinion

Small but full of hand made objects by local artists. Have a look to it!

Amazing live music venue. The two rooms sounds amazing and the program they have covers all kind of music. Drinks are not expensive and location is just perfect. The place being an old market just adds to the charming of the place. Te worst thing is that even though they have no-smoking signs everywhere Portuguese people keeps smoking inside anyways and no one makes anything to prevent it.

The room is a bit claustrophobic because the ceiling is low and it is also cold

Magnificent space in the old Ferreira Borges Market, right next to the magnificent building of the Porto Stock Exchange.
We can see good concerts with good acoustics, and despite the unfortunate decision to allow smoking indoors, good air recycling allows smoke even in crowded days not to be too bothersome.
Always useful bars and super "handy" toilets!

I have only eaten and everything is perfect. It is a large and very beautiful place. Prices somewhat expensive for the gastronomic offer it offers.

Horrible experience despite a nice place with an original decoration. No advice for wine, which turned out to be undrinkable, more than passable pizza and non-existent service. Go your way

Although smoking is allowed only in the background, the smoke at the end of the concert takes the whole place.

Comfortable and pleasant place to have a coffee and rest for a while. The building is from an old market. There is a piano available to play in the building.

They have to see the air recirculation in the concert halls. but good spot

We smoke in the room !!!! Horrible and stuffy ... and ashamed ....

I don't know the space, I never went to it, but the toilet is poorly signposted. I walked around the building when all I had to do was move on.

The Hard Club is no longer half of what it was from when it was on the banks of the Douro, just opposite the city of Porto, Gaia. First time visiting this new location for a concert and the experience was not very good. A well-equipped room with a small bar and a capacity that does not even reach a quarter of what it was before. The terrible sound, too many couplings, mic failures ... I cannot assess the restoration space or the area above. I hope that for other occasions the experience improves.

Had the pleasure of performing here. The atmosphere from the crowd was incredible. I've also visited on a regular night. Equally the same atmosphere.

2 concert halls, expo, a restaurant upstairs to enjoy good local dishes

I went to see the HIM show and it didn't sound right. At first only the hype existed. From there to several subjects appeared the guitar. At the end, the keyboard appeared. Valo's voice was low throughout the show.
With the backdrop band exactly the same.

Good events, for those who like music and party, there, is the ideal place.

The site of Rock in Porto. It could have a more elaborate monthly poster with more bands, but this is a problem of the whole northern zone

One of the best venues for rock concerts in Porto. Great location: downtown right next to Ribeira. Has several parking lots nearby and is very close to metro and train station. The only downside is that smoking is allowed.

Bad experience. We sat on the top floor the group of friends (8 people) and the waitress approached us in bad manners asking who would let us sit there and saying that we could not be. (There were many more people at the nearby tables and we were dressed Well, nothing that would draw our attention). We caught and left.
