I recently ordered from this online store, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The website was easy to navigate, but the items I received did not match the descriptions. 📦💔 Some were of lower quality than I anticipated, and shipping took longer than indicated. Customer service was polite but slow to respond, which added to my frustration. Overall, I hoped for a more positive outcome given the good selection on their site.
