Great and reasonable price for bouncy castles..setup is quite easy..only the deflating and folding after is abit difficult but overroll very happy with the service provided.

Loved the online booking. Made it super easy to book it. Pick up was super easy. It was sitting at the door waiting. The staff member we dealt with was super acknowledgable on the equipment and could answer all our questions. Great work team!

Happy Hire went above and beyond for our wedding. When doing things on a budget it can be hard but happy hire doesn't hike up the prices just because it was a wedding. Super stress free and absolutely amazing service! 100% would reccomend

These guys were fantastic. Initially my measurements were out meaning I ordered the wrong sized marquee which meant two trips for them. They didn't complain once, told me no worries and returned later with a new marquee and put it up in quick fashion. Again, great customer service, great price and a top job at putting up the marquee on the deck.

If you're looking for a marquee, I highly recommend Happyhire!

Hired 2 kids trestle tables.. great for the day although the yard could do with a clean up... Broken flooring scattered everywhere probably isnt the best look.

My golf club (Harewood) has used Happyhire many times and have always been impressed with the quality and service provided.

A neighbour referred us and we are happy to do the same.

We hired a marquee, table and chairs and a lighting package for my wedding through Happy Hire. When the marquee was delivered (9am) the boys (including the Wellington Manager) informed us that the marquee was dirty but they had cleaning products available and would be able to clean everything once they had it installed.

4 hours later the marquee was erected and we discovered there was mould, holes and dirt covering all the walls and ceiling of the marquee. At this stage the boys had started to pack up and we asked them if they could clean it as promised that morning. They said sure, got in their truck and left the property. At this point being lunch time we gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they had gone to get lunch. 30 minutes later we called them and asked when they were back and they informed us that they had been trying to clean it for 6 hours and they had done all they could and wouldn't be back. They also informed us that they had forgotten our lighting package and couldn't be bothered driving it back to us due to holiday traffic.

Members of my family then spent 3 hours cleaning the marquee as best they could while other family members had to wipe down the chairs and tables which were also dirty. My brother then had to make a 4 hour return trip to pick up our lighting package. He was rewarded with a $40 fuel voucher and an extra set of lights which didn't work.

We have left numerous voice messages with the Wellington manager and the owner/operator of the business and have not received any reply. Their customer service was appalling and they have made almost no effort to rectify the situation apart from the broken lights and fuel voucher mentioned above.

We were left with a faulty product which required many hours to fix and this issue has been compounded by their complete lack of accountability and incredibly poor customer service.

Great to deal with, all the team are very helpful and they get back to you ASAP. Nothing is a problem.

Happy Hire were so helpful in helping us to celebrate our 15 years of service to the community. It was no mean feat erecting a 45 meter marquee! The customer service was superb and Jason and his team were always willing and able to accommodate our requests big or small. Our 250 guests were full of praise for the event and the atmosphere provided by Happy Hire and we can't thank them enough for their part in making the night special. Would recommend to anyone looking to hold such an event.

We hired the island bouncy castle for my sons 6th birthday last Sat - the kids loved it !!!!
Was a couple small problems when they came to set up it had a hole in it but the team had come early and it was fixed well before the party started. It was just a shame that because of gentle wind the huge blue bit on the side kept falling over - this resulted in a parent having to hold the castle side for most of the first hour & then I had to get out a ladder to prop it up - it came down a few times & the kids couldn't get out. There was no way of securing the side. The bubble machine ran out of liquid quite early on and none was left so we had to make our own.
I would definitely use this company again despite the wee glitches :o) The staff were awesome and the kids were well entertained - thank you

Was disappointed with the hire of bungy run. When we got it they had no velco straps included to play the game. I had to phone them to ask where they were and they informed me that they dont supply them as they get lost.
It would have been nice to be informed about this as we then had to search high and low looking for something to use. Not fun when you birthday guests are arriving. Then once we used it, all the kids could reach the end of the bungy run, as the bungy cords were too strechy. It was used for 11 year olds, however worked well with my younger kids 6 & 4.

As it was too easy for the kids, they lost interest fast . It was a waste of money.

I gave 2 stars and the staff are very friendly when I picked up and dropped off.

The HappyHire team are a dream to work with. We used them for a marquee farm wedding, nothing was a problem and no question was left unanswered. We had such a great time putting up our marquee (thanks Bryn!) and the quality of product was top class. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any occasion! Keep up the great work team!

In 2018 my family & I hired a marquee for our fathers 60th birthday. Staff turned up to my house, set it up quick smart without interfering with other things our family were setting up in the backyard that morning & they turned up a few days later to pack it all up aswell. 20 Feb 2021, we hired a bouncy castle for my nephews 1st birthday. Mitch turned up on time, set it up, gave us clear instructions on how to use it etc. 24hrs later our family had a death in the family & we required a marquee which I contacted Mitch about right away. He was quick to call back, spoke with my Uncle & organized a marquee to be delivered & set up within 24hrs. As we were dealing with a family death, Mitch & his team were very efficient & their compassion shown to our family was more than we could ask for. We thanked Mitch & his team for their compassion throughout our time of sadness and for pulling through for us last minute & having everything set up and picked up when we were done. Thank you Mitch and your team at Happy Hire!! We will continue using your services!
