This company does not look out for their field employees best interests. It takes half a year pr longer to qualify for health insurance and their pay scale is the bottom of the barrel. They don't appreciate anyone's experience or loyalty. They don't check anyone's qualifications when hiring so they have a lot of inexperienced construction workers running heavy equipment which is extremely dangerous. And because the payscale is so low the employees feel like they are in competition with each other and instead of working together as a team they work against each other in hopes of getting recognition for what they should already be recognized for for the very slim chance of getting a raise. This may be a good place to work if you are new to construction but it is not the place for experienced and knowledgeable and qualified people. I think their field construction departments need a complete overhaul.
