The take away coffee was delicious, drank in the grounds of Ham Library. My friend bought 2 different cakes and 2 pretzels one cheese the other cheese and ham. The report was that they were delicious.
Friendly staff with interesting choices of German foods, freshly baked breads, brewed coffee as Pretzel is a must! Cured salami type sausages is also another delicacy. It's a hidden gem on a side street in Ham ....credit to the owners who rely on local custom and provide an excellent service.
Great clean shop and breads are amazing. Feels like I'm back in Germany. Though some of the grocery items are quite overpriced but again don't have any other means to get hold of it so don't mind paying extra. Bienenstich kuchen is great
Nice but strange that it s more products of the fifties and nothing organic . But you find always something for a memory flash of Germany.
What would it take for one of the three members of staff to smile, say hello, welcome you and offer assistance in selecting food if you are the only customer in the store on a Thursday afternoon? The indifferent attitude put me off straight away. Walked out buying nothing.
Quality German delicatessen. The range is good enough to make you happy if you are looking for some German charcuterie, bakery goods as well as packed groceries and food. All is in German. The gentleman behind the counter is helpful enough. Only 2 customers at a time due to covid and mask is obligatory. You can pay contactless or in cash too.
Lovely bakery and lots of interesting German delicacies, cakes, bread, pretzels, cured meat. Even has dairy produce and sweets. Always fresh, delicious and top quality, at reasonable prices. An absolute hidden gem in the local area. Definitely worth a visit. I try different things every time so never gets boring.

Paradise for ze Germans :) I absolutely love H&P for their baked goodies and everything you could miss from the mainland. Proper German Quark, Pretzels & Prinzenrolle are only some of the hot items in their store. We ll be back!
The bread and cakes are lovely. But I feel that's where their strength lies. I had to wait 25 minutes for 3 sausage rolls. The coffee is also not great. Great place for bakery goods but not good for hot drinks and food
