Horrific experience - lost, broke and dirtied our stuff. Only delivered half the stuff at first. Failed to bring us some of our stuff, brought us other people's stuff. Zero customer service afterward. Run, don't walk away from this company. It's a miracle they are still in business. We're the idiots for not reading the reviews earlier, I see we are not alone :(
