I was a first time home buyer and looking for someone who would take the time to explain things to me and make sure I understood what I was reading and signing. Patrick and his assistant went above and beyond answering texts, phone calls and emails. I chose to go with them simply because of their attentive service. They helped me feel secure in making a huge financial decision. I am so grateful for the help, kindness and support that was given. I would 100 times over again recommend working with Patrick.

Hancock Mortgage was great. Shannon and Joeleen, who gathers documents for the underwriters, went out of their way to make this as smooth as possible! I live in Oregon, but went to Tennessee to find a house and had to return to Oregon so most of the paper work was done remotely. I couldn't have done this without their help and reassurances all through the process.

Very knowledgeable and always accessible, which is important .They stuck with me thru 4 houses ( 1st 3 fell through ) to the end when I finally got my house. Took around 6 months and they stayed with me the entire time trying to get me my house. Loved John McKinley! Best lender ever. Give them a call. You wont be disappointed.

10 Star rating for Chad Prior, Mary Ann Ramirez, and Alicia Munoz. I started my loan app with them on 1/5/21 and was able to close on our loan on 1/28/21. When I started the home buying process, I originally started working with the preferred lender from our builder. The original lender went about their business thinking I was going to automatically work with them. My original lender did not think once about consulting with me on what I was about to sign.

My realtor, TJ Perez for Core Realty referred me over to Chad Prior and his team. They were terrific from the start. They offered a home buyer consultation before anything was signed or agreed upon. Their team moved extremely fast - communicating every step of the way. Even 10:30PM on a Friday night - doing everything in their power to make sure their client meet closing date.
