I was going to leave a one-star review but the nurse who actually came out to do my covid-19 test was actually very friendly. The problem that I ran into was that there's four or five different buildings and three or four different entrances total at this medical park and it was very very unclear where the covid-19 testing was supposed to be. They had a sign actually they had several signs pointing you in the direction of covid-19 testing and it kind of just took you in a circle. When the testing center opened there was actually a new sign that somebody put out after it opened that pointed toward the correct door but I got here 30 minutes before they opened because I was scheduled to get my covid test Right at 8:00 when they open and the sign wasn't there when I got here. Could not get a hold of anybody on the phone finally got hold of the operator at 7:57 and she told me which building to go to but she described it as the building with the blue roof and all of the buildings have a blue roof. Very chaotic very disorganized but Clarice the nurse was super nice.

My son was in the hospital for 9 days, I stayed with him day & night, the 1st floor nurses & doctors, all of the staff took such great care of him! Will never go to another hospital on the Coast!!

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Had to bring my grandmother into the ER after she managed to hurt her hand. Should've taken her to Gulfport or Slidell instead. Hand was severely swelling and skin was ripping as swelling continued due to her age and thin skin. First nurse to walk in said we were apparently done when we had yet to see a doctor. Second nurse to walk in unwrapped her hand and squeezed around open wounds, only inducing skin tare and pain. First nurse walked back in and dropped an ice pack on her hand, same hand that was swollen and ripping. One nurse told her to keep her hand up, other told her to keep it down with an icepack. After 3 and a half hours, doctor walked in and swelling had reached its max, so any form of stitching was unethical. Pressure wrap was applied. Waited another hour to be handed discharge papers. Through out the amount of time we were waiting to be seen, had to repeat what happened multiple times as if no one read papers or communicated about patients. I wouldn't be so mad had they communicated better with each other and not have taken their time to see an older woman who's skin was literally ripping apart from swelling.

This place is one lawsuit after another. They offer a series of civil rights violations to accommodate their ineptitude with each trip. My best advice would be to video your entire horrible experience and contact a lawyer upon departure.

Complete waste of time. Sad that oschners took this over and its still an absolute disaster. If you have the means to do so go to gulfport memorial.

Went here for abdominal pain and uti. Was given a IV and about 30 mins later my right arm was 3xs the size. The fluids filled my arm due to bad IV stick I mentioned it to 2 nurses telling them it burns they said its ok. About 20 mins later Dr came in seen the fluids running down my arm and stopped the IV . after waiting 4hrs 40 mins for a ct result I asked another nurse about how much longer her reply was we are nurses can't you see we are busy. Real bitc# . I have to admit the dr did give killer pain meds was high as 2 kites for about 2 hrs. Still no results after 6 hrs I am walking AMA

I went there early this morning to about my stomach an when they brought me to the back an the doctor came in an said since i went to handland the other day there was nothing wrong with but be for he said that i told him about the Hernia that i had an he pushed on my stomach an said highland dis not see nothing so he was not going to do anything an the doctor said since i to 2 hospitals in a week a part he said that i was just look for drugs again they did not tret me with anything an like o said all he did was push on my stomach an all he said i was just looking for drugs i dont care about the drugs i dont use them but hell they could have seen wgy i was hurting in my stomach

Horrible wait time!! I've been here four hours and finally left would definitely recommend if you could just go to urgent care but most may be like me and couldn't go to urgent care, this has been a horrible experience!!

Asked to pay bill in full. Ended up getting another bill saying I owed more. They are not sure what paid in full means I guess.

If I could give them no stars I would I brought my child in bc she was hurting & the receptionist that does the registration was very rude did it under my husbands name for some reason when we asked to switch she had an attitude about it after we waited for ever nobody showed up to release us we left this lady needs to learn proper Ethics
