Boy how I miss Hancock. I received an email stating that it would reopen online only. Tragic!
Neat and Clean. Parking lot also clean and well lit. The store was organized but many of the accessories for crafts were not in stock. I walked down every aisle and half of the items were not in stock. :( Great customer service. An associate helped me look for a product in three different places and then apologized for not having it.
