Beautiful hotel! Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect

Service is good; building is old, updated but still feels old.

Stay was great , delicious breakfast , great service, nice room but there is one thing. ... nights in Vegas are to short

Rooms are clean and updated. Front desk goes the extra mile on everything!

Nice rooms, excellent breakfast included with the room. Eggs, game waffles, fruit, cereal milk, juice. Tasted good. Slept well. Parking is safe.

Great stay off the strip. In the middle of a remodel but good service and great remodeled rooms. Has a shuttle to/from both LAS and The Strip. Location is close enough to walk though, if you are so inclined.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, but the multiple smells assaulting my nose throughout the facility was repulsive!

The Event Center was clean and neat, staff were pleasant but not overly friendly.

Super welcoming of my service dog but I had to have her go to the bathroom on the sidewalk because theres no where for her to go.

I went to apply . From the looks of it the staff is great good quality breakfast and biggest inn from hampton in the world.

Rooms were clean and the front desk ladies was friendly. Only negative thing was breakfast. When they say breakfast is done at 10:00 a.m. they are not joking. Would stay there again.

I'll be honest, our initial experience was rough. Our first room had a massive water leak from the ceiling above us in the bathroom due to construction. They moved us a floor down and water was leaking there as well from the light fixture. They did offer to move us to a king suite but we needed two beds so the third room was a little smaller and no fridge but they brought one to us. They did extend some additional amenities like shuttle service outside normal hours and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The night staff was especially nice. I would stay here again but maybe after renovations are done.

Rooms are nice, complimentary shuttles are convenient and great perk. Hotel is close to the strip.

Room was clean. The breakfast was to be expected. Pool looked nice and clean. Nothing too remarkable.

It was a bit removed from the strip but the price was right, the rooms were clean and quiet and the bed was awesome too. Great breakfast...what more could you ask for? Nice business office area were you can print documents too. If you stay here you MUST check out the Wild Wild West Casino right next to it...wonderful local spot with great food!! Also close to a very busy In and Out Burger too!

The safety protocols were followed; every employee worked diligently to sanitize the elevators, rooms, and lobby. Clerks verified guests were wearing masks before entrance to the lobby. The only thing uncomfortable was the bed, it was a hard mattress with a very thin pillow top. The temperature was nice in the room even though it was very hot outside.

Check in was easy. Stayed 3 nights. Great room for me and my boyfriend. Had no problems. Very quiet. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. We liked the location. Will stay here again in future visits.

Hotel was very nice. Not a Vegas theme or experience style hotel if that's what you're looking for.

Great place , highly recommend it! The room staff is very friendly there was one room attendant I think her name was Anita she went above and beyond to help us with our needs.

Everyone there is super friendly and awesome! They even have a shuttle to Tropicana which is next to Hooters

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights. It's not a bad hotel but I hated that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms, I really mean everything... not kidding. I also left the "do not disturb" sign on my door cause I didn't want the housekeeping staff to go in, and guess what?! They went in anyway. I don't think I would ever book here again.

Room was smaller than most Hampton Inn's. Double bed for two people no thank you. Busy location, service and breakfast was good.

This is a nice hotel with a good free breakfast. The room was clean and fairly quiet. Bottled water was provided daily but I'm not sure if that's because my friend is a Hilton Honors member. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel - good complimentary breakfast and parking. Literally on other side of the strip across the highway. Rooms are nice and clean.

Location is close to the freeway and extremely convenient. The event/ballroom was large and well maintained however slightly dated.

Stayed on employee credit so can't really complain about nose from renovation construction... But rooms were nice and updated, staff friendly, quick access to strip

Very convenient for visiting The Vegas Strip. The rooms were clean but are very dated. Decorated and smell like a grandma's house. The staff was really friendly and helpful, offering great service.

Close enough to the Strip to be extremely convenient, yet far enough away to not be overly troubled by the nightlife.

Simple hotel but with typical American breakfast. Everything okay. Is not a luxury hotel right on the Strip. For the money but completely o.k.

Nice to have a gaming-free hotel. No cigarette smoke, which is perfect in Vegas. Hotel is quiet, walking distant to in-n-out, too. Uber friendly, too.

Very nice and clean considering it's not a strip hotel. We stayed for a work event, and everything was perfect. Nice to have free breakfast. Shuttle isn't super convenient, since they run once every hour, but it's what it is. The internet died in the middle of our event, but we managed.

Hey I am using my wife s google account for this one . I stay at a lot of hotels and very much so they weren t fit for there job . Last night saw a the dark skin security guard and the short light skin guy escorting a young lady off the property not very professional (watch for them , I wish I knew there names clearly) . The little guy was very bold and was acting like he wanted to do something . I don t want to stay at a location very front desk and security isn t professional they could of let the lady leave she had a bad night she told us in the elevators she was visiting some family and her uncle just passed that day . Very upsetting . They should be fired night shift . But the women where calm and lovely . Please watch out for these two . They belong to work across the street at Wild Wild West casino. 02/07/2020

We hosted an event there. The staff was super helpful. Highly recommended. I am already working on them having us again there. We loved it.

LOTS of rooms. Nice. Clean. Half the rooms overlook the pool.

Not right on the Strip - so quiet. Enough parking. Very good breakfast. Small fitness room. Nice outdoor pool. Small bar in the lobby. My 4th stay. Currently being completely renovated.

Great staff and what you would expect for a Hampton Inn. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Lots of plugs to charge all your stuff up. Staff was very friendly and let us do a late check out. Breakfast was amazing. A lot better than most I've seen. Walking distance to the strip. Only complaint is that our sink was clogged. Overall we'd definitely come here again.

I have been here on and off for a few years for work. Hotel is nice and has easy access to nearby places like reaturaunts and the Strip.

Not a bad Hampton Inn. Close to the strip if you want to walk. Not everyone of the is friendly. But most are! They have good breakfast, always early before everyone gets down.

Not the best location but they have a shuttle to and from the Tropicana hotel.

The hotel is nice, Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, Nice room with a 45" Samsung TV, Beds kinda suck though, very hard bed and with someone with back pain it didn't help my already bad sleep. Other than that the hotel is great.

Walls are ridiculously thin. Good luck sleeping with all the noise. Staff is lazy. Terrible hotel, would never stay again.

Nice off strip hotel. Ample parking (free). Breakfast (free) but gets very busy. (Free) shuttle service from the hotel to the strip every hour is nice.

I was supposed to stay at The Hampton Inn Tropicana, but due to a reservation mishap I was unable to. The night audit team did their best to assist and remained professional.

Meh. It was ok. We are Hilton Honors Members and we spend a ridiculous amount of money staying on Hilton properties. We generally love Hampton. The hotel will be going through a renovation soon, which should help the worn out ambiance. The bathroom floors felt dirty, with black grout. The showers also have these weird red colored streaks, which at first looked like blood stains (they aren't...it's decor)? The maids are nice though. The breakfast was ok. The desk service was awful. My husband asked to checkout by phone and they told him to call back. Also, he asked for some bottled water (a Hilton honors perk) on departure, and he was told he could only have two. I guess our family of five has to share? On the plus side, the pool looks nice. Also, it doesn't feel like Vegas, which was nice for our family. Next time we pass through we will chose somewhere else.

Not sure the sky walk is worth the money. The views are incredible without the skywalk.

Had our work training here. Rooms great a little cold but we adjusted.

We were unfortunately in Las Vegas when the horrific mass shooting happened. We were staying at the MGM Grand but because the strip was locked down were unable to get there. A Lyft driver dropped us off on Dean Martin Drive and said good luck! The Hampton Inn just happened to be right there. The staff was outstanding and they all worked through the night. They put out water for all of the people displaced, gave out blankets and pillows and even provided them breakfast in the morning! We were fortunate enough to get one of the last rooms and it was clean and comfortable. Unlike our room at MGM where our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Thank you Hampton Inn! Great job on your service, hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast! Definitely would recommend your establishment to everyone!!!!!

10 days on the spot. Well placed because of the noise but near Las Vegas strip

Clean and comfortable rooms, the complimentary breakfast had a really long line, ran out of lots of stuff and wasn't very good.

It was better than any other location because it's Vegas

Good service and clean rooms. Further from the main strip though and there are shuttles to take you there every hour , but only one shuttle a day to bring you back. Taxi/Uber/Lyft is your best options.

Good standard everything was in front and close to the center. Pool is wonderful. We felt comfortable for a few days.

My room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff is pleasant and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
