Exactly what you would want from a Hampton inn. Clean, trendy and employes who think on their feet and put you first.
Checked in at 3am went to the room and our card key didn't work. Went back to the lobby and talked to the clerk. He checked the key and reaffirmed it didn't work but he did not have the ability to program a new one. So he used a master key to let us in and then discounted us for room.
Quick thinking and hospitality.
It is a Hampton Inn. It is clean and located conveniently right off the highway. The best part is that it is attached to a restaurant (Twelve 01). That is very convenient!
This place was great. Room is super clean, price was right, and breakfast was served in the restaurant next door. And it was super. I'd stay here over again. Little out of the way, residential neighborhood but thus, Super quiet. When Covid ends, this will be a 5 star motel.
The food at the restaurant was excellent. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Employees were very friendly.
Seriously impressed with this place. Clean, professional, and updated as is expected. What wasn't expected is the fresh smoothies and juices that were super delicious!!!! Food was great too country gravy with real biscuits and real sausage. The holiday inn I stayed at last time had quite the opposite situation. I wish I could give this place a 6 star review. I come to this area often, and I will Be staying here from now on whenever there is rooms.

Rooms are nice and the beds are great. The only big problem is the door to the bathroom. It's a sliding door that doesn't close properly and has no latch to secure it. Thought it was just the room in which I stayed but later found all rooms have the same arrangement. Not good.
I stayed here on 10/8/21-10/10/21 for a wrestling event. The rooms were very nice, modern,updated, and clean. The gym was functional and standard (dumbbells and cardio) but arguably better than what most hotels might offer in terms of space. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The reason for giving 3 stars is bed bugs. It was in a room on the first floor. I noticed the bed bugs immediately (they were all over the bed and the sheets were white). I went to the front desk. I mentioned it and they offered to change my room and comp my whole stay. This was much appreciated but I feel like Hampton Inns are ruined for me.
Very clean. Comfortable bed. Air quality is good. Seems to be newly renovated. Decor is modern. Can hear road noise in the morning, but not much at night. Definitely the better hotel in coraville. The water here seems to have too much conditioner so it feels a little slimy. The coffee maker is missing the filter holder, missing tea bags.
