Room and common areas were clean and furniture in good shape. Affordable. Nice and responsive staff. Bathroom a bit dated.

Best hotel stay, it was really like have our own apartment! We visit again when I'm back in the area.
Hotel is CLEAN. COVID-19 policies are top notch. Great room, convenient location at about half the price as comparable spots inside Memphis. If you are willing to stay 15 min south of the city this is the spot. Would have given 5 stars but breakfast was disappointing, suspect largely due to COVID.
Stayed here for my birthday with family. We had a double suit. The room was super clean. Beds are comfortable I could have slept all day. Staff nice and and friendly. Breakfast could be better it was ok though to be free. Loved the pool.
My husband and I stayed here for five nights, and our stay was just wonderful. We just wanted to have a short get away trip for our anniversary, now that COVID-19 seems to be easing up a bit. The staff was so friendly, but especially Neshia. We were out for most of the day on our anniversary, and when we returned Neshia had a bottle of champagne and two fancy cupcakes in our suite. She was the NICEST and SWEETEST hotel manager we have ever met. Because of the staff at this Residence Inn, we will DEFINITELY be returning. They made our vacation a pleasure. The 2 bedroom suite we had was very roomy, and never had any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and want to thank the entire Residence Inn Southaven staff for our entire stay!
Staff very accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Parking lot is small, so be mindful if you have trailers, trucks or large vehicles.
This is easily the most rundown Residence Inn I've ever seen. The doorknob coming in from the outside was falling off, we didn't have any hot water until about 10 minutes before we checked out, and worst of all the shower did not work. Seriously, how do you even rent a room w/a non-working shower? The front desk woman working nights told us someone would be down to fix it at 8am. Nope, didn't happen. They did cut our rate in half, which is appreciated, but all I want from a room is a decent bed at night and a good shower in the morning. Last time I checked, 50% is still an "F".
Ok...the front desk people were welcoming and professional with the genuine smile that warms the heart. The room, however, needed some TLC; the carpet leading to the bathroom was frayed, the bathroom appeared to be 'clean' but there were body hair in the corner, and the water temperature regulator was finicky to say the least; be ready to jump out of scalding hot water if you are not carefully and minutely moving that bar...don't even think to make the water just a bit warmer; I hope you like luke warn water...I had to settle after a few acrobatic maneuvers to avoid the hot water.
Tea time from your fav dasher. Your cute and thank you for helping so here is a tea xup boo
Our family of six has problems finding rooms during road-trips that fit all of us comfortably. We're SO glad we found this Marriott. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the shower/bathroom was great, and we'd happily stay here again. We woke up well rested and ready to get on the road again. Thank you to the great staff who served our wiggly children with kindness!
