This had got to be one of Florida's best kept secrets. This is the second time we visit and we opted for the ocean front 4 bedroom condo. I rarely lose my breath but the room and view are breathtaking. This resort has amenities for everyone. The kids love the various pools, especially the one with the water slide and lazy river. In the morning you can pull up a lawn chair on the golfing greens and watch the sunrise with your coffee or on the beach. The are also constant kids activities going on daily. The gym is state of the art with all the latest equipment you can imagine. All in all we are making this a family tradition and will be staying here on a yearly basis.

We took our family to the resort. Booked several condos 3 & 4 bedroom. The condo itself was great. However, the fitness center & all restaurants on site were closed. No one informed of us that these closures would take place during our stay. The amenities were great for a family from the ages of 1year to 78years old. The height restriction on the one water slide is 48 inches. (A bit excessive. That s the same for a roller coaster at a theme park.) The sand pool was great for the kids. Outside of the pool there isn t much to do at the resort. Was disappointed they did not inform of us of all the closures. We would of rescheduled our trip.

Had a weekend getaway and enjoyed it immensely. Absolutely beautiful grounds with a Nicklaus designed golf course and multiple swimming pools. There is also a heated lazy River, water slide, hot tubs, indoor pool, spa, and ballrooms. There are several restaurants currently undergoing renovation, but the lobby bar and Atlantic Grille are open. It s a short walk to the ocean and chairs are available. I forgot my toothbrush, but Payton generously provided a disposable toothbrush for each day, along with shampoo and shower gel. Customer service is excellent in all areas of this hotel listed on the Preferred Hotels list. Not to be missed if you stay in Palm Coast.

Attended for a wedding. Nice property but nothing else nice to say. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready. We were told when if was we could not use the shower for 3 hrs because maintenance just repaired some tiles in there - and moving us to a different room wasn't an option. We weren't provided with enough towels - and were told if we needed anything as far as towels or room cleaning it needs to be called 24hrs in advance. The shower water pressure was horrible and didn't get very hot. There were dirty glasses in the hallway the entirety of our visit spite seeing a cleaner in the hall two out of three days. When I work somewhere if I'm walking past trash I pick it up, but that's just me. Service for food and drinks in non existent. So much more...

absolutely fantastic! me and my family had such a great time enjoying this resort, staff kept everything so neat and tidy, and were extremely caring of guests! 10/10 would recommend staying here if you re ever in Palm Coast! There were a number of teenagers working there, which can always cause a scare in travelers like myself, but I was so surprised to see these young men and women really laying out the perfect vacation experience for their guests, I was extremely impressed with one teenager, Sebastian, who catered to my every need and made sure I was comfortable in my time there. Peace and love.

Besides the ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS Two thumbs down. All but two restaurants closed for renovations. Watered down shrimp and grits for $35 is the specialty (from the New Orleans-trained chef) at the open restaurant for dinner and $13 oatmeal served cold is what I got for breakfast. Does this sound appealing yet?

These are not covid issues, peeps. Remember that covid doesn t exist here, so we can t blame it on that.

Fitness center closed. Outdated rooms) but the towels are new!! this is a plus) and maybe Motel 6 quality amenities.

Could be a great place but is such a disappointment.

Don t shoot the messenger but do get this place fixed.

Thank goodness for the Publix right down the road!

Beautiful beach resort. My husband arranged a weekend stay to celebrate my birthday. Lots to do for everyone. Travis, Bell staff, was very friendly, courteous, polite and helpful. Our room was perfect! South tower, corner unit so it was private and quiet for the most part. Gorgeous ocean view. We had a suite and the bathroom was like a dream. Bathtub was very modern and comfortable. Shower was elegant and spacious. King size bed mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Several of the resort restaurants were closed for renovations, which we were not aware of until after we arrived. Same with the exercise room. The pools and beach are beautiful but people are are chair hogs who throw a towel on a chair and don't utilize the chair for hours. We enjoyed the beach because we could walk north and leave everyone else behind. My husband and I had no idea that Publix was literally on the corner of A1A. Also discovered a hidden gem of a locally owned restaurant named Rodie's. It is a few block south of the resort on A1A. They serve breakfast and lunch. You can order either from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. And it is very affordable! The food is delicious and the owner is right there on site working along side his serving staff and cooks. Highly recommend eating there. We did both mornings.

i grew up coming here. i call this place my second home, because it is! i love this resort so much it s a family custom. they have many family options with hot tubs, adult and kid pools, lazy rivers, and a water slide!! amazing restaurants and ballrooms. and the golf course is amazing! now the beach, the beach is so beautiful and my favorite one ever!! my only concern is the rooms. Now everybody loves a good room and don t get me wrong they are super pretty, but they are outdated. i am hoping to see some renovation to the rooms soon!

I have to say with making my reservation with Simmon, he took very good care of me and my husbands reservations! Then Cheryl was amazing helping us with all of our accommodations, and helping us find a realtor on site immediately so we could make an offer on some property there. I can t leave out Don that also was always right there to greet us every morning with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to help us as well!!! We fell in love with this place and all the people that work there. To me it s a 10 star hotel and the lovely workers there. Thank you again Simmon, Cheryl, and Don you made our stay amazing!!!!!!

If I liked to play golf, then I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars. If you don't like golf, then there's just not that much to do. The outdoor pool is pretty small compared to other resorts of this size. The beach is very nice, but it's not owned by the resort, so they don't get points for that.
They also only had one actual restaurant working on the location, so you would either eat there, or have "bar food" by the pool.
The rooms were nice, clean, big. We were there for a corporate retreat and some people got shared rooms that were like a small apartment. I'm talking a full living room with a couch for 8 people, full kitchen with all Viking brand appliances, washer and dryer, etc.
If you want to have a corporate retreat, then this place is awesome. If you want to go play golf and have some other options, then this place is awesome.
But if you want to go to a resort and use a nice big pool, or enjoy multiple amenities, then I would go somewhere else.
