Don't purchase any building built by Hamilton Marino off the plan. We have been waiting for 3 years for warranty work to be done such as a leaking balcony, substandard cabinetry, scratches to wooden wall panels, toilet installed on a tilt, cupboard drawer that falls apart every time you use it from day 1, wooden panels that have different colour tones. We have listed all of the jobs on their warranty portal (2 different portal because they changed it), but after 3 years of emails, follow up phone calls, more emails and Hamilton Marino sending one of their tradies out - to take photos several times and saying "We will get back to you", we are still waiting for any work to be started. My advice is if your unit is being built by Hamilton Marino, look for a different builder or building.
