Sales rep Donna Holman was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product and made herself available to me. This really helped in picking out the best appliance for me. She watched over the order and advised me when it would be in and helped to set up the delivery and installation. It is awesome . I have always had very good luck with Hamilton Bryan and always get a really good deal!! Give Donna a call if you want a good deal on your appliances

We walked into the store needing to get a freezer that morning because we were on the verge of losing an entire freezer worth of food when ours quit working unexpectedly. Donna got us taken care of and got it delivered to our house within an hour. Thankful that customer service still exists!

I looked everywhere in Wichita Falls and I could order a washer but had to wait. Called Hamilton Bryan and had the same washer in stock and was under price. I ordered online. They called and we set a time for me to go get it. Drove up to the dock and they loaded it up. No problem. I am so happy with them.

Our experience with Hamilton Bryan is always great from sales to delivery and install. The microwave was our 3rd purchase in the last few months and Donna H, in sales, is very customer oriented and kept us updated on delivery date. Chad installed and was efficient and knowledgeable as always. We highly recommend Hamilton Bryan for selection, price, sales staff, delivery and install. They ve been in business for a long time and value their customers.

I had family coming in and needed a sleeper sofa for them. We went to 2 other furniture stores that had that type of sofa but those were just for show not sale. It would take 2 weeks to get 1 from those places and I didn't have 2 weeks to wait. I went to Hamilton Bryan 5 minutes before they closed and walked out with exactly what I needed. My family slept on it and had a good night's sleep as well.

Donna was super helpful. No pressure, explaining all of my options to me. I went back and made my selection a few days later and it was delivered and setup by Saturday. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and were even early to the appointment! Highly recommend you give them a chance to help you out.
